Hotel has only been open a few weeks and may be having startup problems. Room with features booked was unavailable (fortunately they called in advance and the missing feature was not a problem-- but they blamed Expedia). Driveway into hotel is hard to identify (poor signage at street level). On arrival, we were checked in and given a room that didn't match the rest of the reservation. Called the desk and went down and up a few times and eventually got a satisfactory room, but it took close to an hour from initial check-in until we got into that room. Then low water pressure, lukewarm water in the shower, signs that the shower enclosure had not been completed properly and was leaking, slippery shower floor without a grab bar at the shower/ door end, noise transmission between rooms (especially the sound of water in the pipes), and more.
Maybe lots of this will get sorted out as they get more practice, but, if our experience is typical, people booking in here in the near future, at least through Expedia, should be ready for adventures.
