Room was a not clean, popcorn on the floor, door lock didn't work, bathroom shower was nasty hair and some black stuff all over the room, and we was given a space heater for our room. I expect more for my $186.00 dollars

The staff was wonderful. There was a problem with the heat so the woman that checked me in brought a room heater for me. The tail lights on my car would not shut off. I phoned the office to see if they could recommend someone that I could call for help. The woman sent the maintenance man. I explained that there was a switch which operates the tail lights and told him where it is located. I couldn't reach it. He located it, turned the switch to turn off the lights, and then zip tied it in place. Problem solved until I can take it to a garage for a permanent fix. Both the woman who checked me in and the one who checked me out were very pleasant, smiled, and made me feel welcomed. But my room was filthy. Floors, counters, the floor in the shower, and the mirror looked like they had not been cleaned for months. There were no blankets on the beds, not even one wash cloth. I wonder if the room had not been used for a long time because there was dust on almost every thing. I found a dirty sock crammed in a corner on one of shelves, bits of paper and a few shards of plastic on the floor and dust in the corners. To be fair, maybe this room is not used often. I upgraded to a room with a microwave and refrigerator for my medical needs. So maybe? housekeeping wasn't notified to have that room clean?? I was in town for a family funeral and didn't want to put family members out during this time of grief. But I am glad that I was there for only 2 nights.

I paid extra for a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was not available, so I was promised a refund of the difference. This has not yet happened. Overall the room experience was subpar, but could be forgiven except for having to now chase down cost difference.

First of the the light die the motel 6 was not even lite up, we couldnt find it. Second it was dirty outside were we parked the cars, third room was dirty, beds need to be replaced sheets had blood on them, walls had blood on them, black mold was everywhere on the walls, who ever did the shower the shower head was so long had to bend to get under it, spider webs in the windows, room smelled alwful. All in all the room sucked, not asking alot because of being off the beaten path, but damn clean the rooms, fix them up, get the black mold out of the room before someone gets really sick. Also get heat in the rooms. I shoukd be called the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON U GUYS..

Not the *worst* motel we’ve seen, but it was pretty bad. My fiance killed somewhere around 10 stink bugs that were crawling in through the window and door. Our bed sheets had paw prints on them from previous use. The shower head was very low and the toilet barely flushed. No air conditioning, just a large box fan sitting next to the TV. The doors have gaps around them so they don’t feel secure. Check-in was through the smallest weirdest little window I’ve ever seen. Won’t be staying here again.

Dirty under bed must have been 2 years worth of dust and hair under bed and the shower i felt like i would have got dirtier in the shower rather than not have taken a shower not worth what i paid should have taken my chances getting a dui on mybway back from pittsburgh

The employee was lovely, but the hotel itself was disappointing. It was incredibly dirty. The sheets were filthy with literal dirt marks and hair. The shower hasn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. The floor was covered with dirt as well. I wouldn’t stay there again. I would really love a refund since the condition was so poor.

Staff was nice. Rooms dirty as heck. Cockroach after cockroach. Other bugs as well. Smell of damp, dirty air - definitely mold problems. You honestly couldn't pay me to stay again
