Summary:
Take a step into history! There is no real way to describe the detail, architecture, and location of this place. It was carriage home by millionaire’s row in the 1900s and is still a historic building in PGH. The architecture is truly amazing, not to mention the convenience today! You can walk to all the stadiums, casino, and countless bars, restaurants, and breweries! The T takes your right downtown for FREE and is less than a half-mile walk. This unit is Dog-friendly for an additional charge.

The Space:
Perfect for all travelers. So much character it is truly beautiful. Hand-painted Monopoly canvases! We provide all the amenities you will need for your stay like Wifi, linens, towels, soaps, shampoos and more! We want you to feel at home. Your comfort is our mission

The Internet is provided and secure. This space could be an overnight stay or for an extended stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the place 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The Neighborhood:
It is a short walk to the stadiums (a half a mile away), less than a mile walk or bike ride to downtown. It is close to PNC Park, Heinz Field, Andy Warhol Museum, the Three Rivers Casino, National Aviary, plenty of top-notch restaurants and much more! Very centrally located.

Getting Around:
The T (our subway system to downtown) is right by us, less than a half-mile! I recommend uber since it is available 24/7

Other Things to Note:
PARKING: To get a Pittsburgh Parking Authority Visitors Pass, there is a 20-dollar processing fee that is good for your entire stay. It comes with one on-street parking pass out front (we will need the car's details), and then there is additional free on-street parking, first come, first served, as shown/highlighted in the listing photos. Please let us know if you want this feature in the message thread.

You MUST be respectful to the other 7 tenants that live in the building. It is their home so please treat it like yours:-)

There is a front door/hallway camera for your safety and ours.

NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, STRICT NOISE ENFORCEMENT

PET FEE: DOGS ONLY! Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats or other pets at our units. There is a flat $50 fee for the entire stay that we give to our cleaners.

Please read the street cleaning parking signs as they come once a month April-November (they will ticket).

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable apartment in the North Shore. The neighborhood is beautiful with restaurants in walking distance. The space was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. Would stay here again!

Great place

Great location to downtown and stadium s, easy on/off freeways. Place very clean and all just like in the listing. If accessibly an issue, was not for me, their are several steps to get up to the apartment but once you are in al very accessible inside

Great location

If you are planning on going to downtown Pittsburgh, pick this place. The location to downtown for this price range is fantastic, it was the bottom of a very old home, so there was lots of charm, and plenty of space. The updated kitchen and bath adds the modern convenience we all expect when using this platform. The owners were great and quick with any correspondence.

My Pittsburg VRBO experience

The property was very cozy, neat and convenient to the city. Host gave clear instructions but could have been a bit accessible for a telephone call in the even the guest was stuck during checkin. Overall experience was quite nice.

Perfect spot

The apt is in located in such a cute and quaint part of Pittsburgh. Near bridges and parks, we walked almost everywhere and if not, Lyft was quick. This is definitely a full time vrbo property so the experienced host contacts were well prepared with apt clean and well stocked w/basic amenities and then some. Highly recommend for value, location, and uncomplicated stay.
