The apartment was downstairs at the bottom of a run down apartment building. The adjacent lot is an abandoned house. Only the foundation left and obvious signs of homeless encampment. We walked our dogs down the sidewalk for about 200yards and passed multiple abandoned lots and an especially bad abandoned building with boarded windows. I strongly suggest you look at Google street view to see this place first. There is actually a pair of dirty underwear on the sidewalk next to this place in the Google street view. When we arrived the internet for the single TV in the living room was not working. A message showed from Verizon that was clearly stating the account was not I'm good standing. The internet was restored after i messaged the host about the Verizon message.
Please take extreme caution when staying here. With the amount of vagrants in the immediate area, i did not feel safe or trust my vehicle parked on the street. The only parking provided.
