Perfect easy friendly check in with a room that was spacious , clean & welcoming. Breakfast was also perfect setting all of the family up for the rest of the day.

Hotel very central for Pitlochry. Staff friendly and efficient and will go out of their way to try and make your stay enjoyable. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and the meat is locally sourced. Black pudding, haggis and sausages excellent.

We had a nice stay here, hotel very conveniently located within walking distance to town and activities. Room was spacious and breakfast was nice. The property could use a bit of TLC in a lot of areas to be more up to date but was nice

Clean tidy rooms in the town centre , has aspa and bar , very good breakfast with good choice ,helpful staff, no evening meals served . Large airy room with shower ensuite. Would book again. One gripe was the room has no coat hooks or shelves only small cupboard with a few hangers so most items like coats etc laid on the floor , also no place to hang your towels after your shower, minor thing but important if you have wet coats etc.

Breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from. Location was lovely. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Lovely to have the swimming pool, and leisure facilities. The only thing I would say is that it didn't have a great signal in the room.

Room full of dust. Toilet dirty. Complained re this. When we went back to the room toilet still dirty. Went to the reception and got cleaning products an cleaned it ourselves.

The Scotlands Spa Hotel was perfect for our one night stay in Pitlochry. It's just a block off the Main Street and all the shops and within walking distance of several restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was extravagant and included everything for a full Scottish breakfast, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and several other options. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had 4 adults in a family room, which was a little cramped, but we got along fine. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool, jacuzzi, or spa. It was a little pricier than what I usually choose but it was well worth it.

My husband and I stayed here during our two week trip through Scotland from the United States. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, as you can walk to the downtown and all the shopping and restaurants very easily. We appreciated having the bar and breakfast right within the location itself. Excellent breakfast choices! The only downside that we found, was that the room was incredibly hot since the outdoor temperatures were in the 60s all week. We also found that there was a little bit of rust in the water when we first turned the faucet on. That cleared up after I use it. Overall, this is a very, very nice place to stay!

Im vegetarian and not a great lover of buffet breakfast...not enough variety and looked quite greasy! Apart from that, there was plenty of choice of 'Continental' type produce, so it was acceptable. Parking perfect. Staff friendly and very helpful...overall a lovely getaway place. Thank you...would visit again.

The hotel itself is looking a little tired in places, but the bedrooms have been tastefully redecorated and have everything you need - comfy bed, good bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, large smart TV, free WiFi and even an ironing board and iron. It wasn't an issue for me, but the lift to the third (attic) floor wasn't working, and it wouldn't have been fun to carry large, heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs. Breakfast was great - a good selection of hot and cold options. The hotel was very busy so we were asked to book in for a time slot for breakfast to help manage the numbers. This worked well though. I didn't use the pool, gym or spa facilities.

Went with high expectations but was extremely disappointed. 3 star hotel more like 2 star, stayed in nicer 3 star hotels. Needs money spent on updating and repairing. Glad I got a deal, not worth full asking price.

The steam room is nice. My check-in included choosing breakfast at 7:30am or 9:30am. I arrived on the moment for 9:30. Food in steam tray was either gone or had been there too long. I was made to feel I was the inconvenience. Dining rm thinks meal is between half 7 & half 9. Desk needs to be accurate b/cI would have preferred an 8:30 arrival for some berries!

Good hotel is a little dated in places but it is an old building so you can’t expect tout to be to modern, floor boards are very noisy and the window are not double glazed so can here outside noise. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff go above and beyond to help.

Breakfast buffet was a good selection, only problem was the warmest thing was the plates, alll 'hot' food was cold or luke warm at best, cold fried eggs are not great, food quality was good but just cant seem to keep it warm, i suggested a microwave in the area to heat up the Breakfast as ive found in numerous hotels elsewhere, said we'll look into it, i cant possibly be the only person that's complained !!. So a single room was obviously small but tidy, clean and warm only problem was my window faced a brick wall and was covered in pigeon faeces all over outside and was all over window sill and brickwork all around and opposite my window, pigeons nesting all around and constantly chirping all nights, i couldn't open window for any fresh air because of the obvious pigeon droppings which are dangerous to human health if you have any respiratory problems, suggest this is an immediate clean up as it was very off putting, staff seemed aware of this but the pigeon mess still exists. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS !!!

Room needs updated. Decor tired. Curtains need to be tucked behind radiator or will block heat. No working sockets near bed as round pins instead of square. Only 1 bedside lamp. Staff efficient and friendly. Leisure facilities were good

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The building is run down and shabby. The changing rooms for the so called spa are dreadful. The male change is basically a walk in toilet with lockers. The rolls in the morning were stale and staff passive aggressive as we were a few mins early. We are really dissatisfied and disappointed here. The shower seals in our room were black with mould and disgusting. It has a steam room. No sauna. The gym only had cardio equipment, no weights at all. Overall it wasn’t a great place to be and not what it’s advertised to be
