Enjoy sweeping views of the Pacific from this large 1-bedroom, 1-bath upper-level oceanfront condo in beautiful Pismo Beach. Step onto your expansive private deck and soak in the salty breeze and sunset skies.

Inside, the open living area features a queen sofa sleeper, HD TV/DVD, and extended cable, perfect for unwinding after a day on the sand. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and opens to the living area for easy entertaining.

The spacious bedroom offers a California King bed plus an additional sofa sleeper, providing comfort for families or groups of up to six guests. Amenities include wireless internet, a shared washer/dryer, and one reserved parking space in the garage.

Whether sipping coffee on the deck, strolling the beach, or watching the sunset, this oceanfront retreat delivers the ultimate Pismo Beach experience.

You can’t beat the location, close to the pier and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Very relaxing to start and end the day on the patio. And having a spot in the garage was a huge bonus as parking was jammed in the nearby neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Pismo Beach. 10/10!!

Nice stay but had issues

No instructions on how to use remotes. There were 2 and the property manager kept insisting there was a HDMI button and I sent them pics of remote and checked tv. Didn’t have any tv night 1. 2nd night limited to local channels bc direct tv box not working. Size of shampoo, etc was good for 1 night. Not 2 adults/ 2 nights.

All about the view

This is an awesome place to stay thanks to the amazing view. You have a front row seat on the beach, with the building extending further out onto the beach than any other so it's like you're alone in a treehouse. The sound of the ocean is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony (though there is no shade or table for eating). My kids enjoyed talking the people walking by from the balcony. The condo itself is fine, clean and serviceable, but not exceptional (think popcorn ceilings with costco furniture). Great blackout curtains. There is parking but not very convenient for loading and unloading as everything must be carried through parking garage, through garage door, around building down sidewalk, then up at least two flights of stairs. The microwave smelled like burning electrical wires so we didn't use it, the carpet needed to be replaced. We were grateful for use of the washing machine in the garage. Overall I would recommend it with some caveats regarding accessibility. It is a reasonably good value considering the view but you are definitely paying for the view.

Wonderful beach stay without the sand

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pismo on the Beach. A minor suggestion: It would have been helpful to know that the unit had a drip coffeemaker. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Paradise in Pismo!!

The unit itself is beautiful and spacious! The balcony views are breathtaking. Loved how close everything is including the short walk to the beach. You get a good workout walking up to the top, however, well worth it! Will be booking with them again!

Great long weekend on Pismo Beach

We were in town for a memorial weekend wedding in San Luis Obispo and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Condo was outstanding. We went to bed listening to the waves all night long, and woke up to drinking morning coffee watching the surfers from our balcony. Hope to return some day.
