"I love staying in this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel breakfast is fantastic. I woke up at 4am and couldn’t go back to sleep. I went down to the lobby and someone at the bar offered me coffee. Small gesture like that makes your stay more memorable. Thank you all for your great hospitality. We will be coming back."

"Our room was dusty and it looked like a semi finished apartment. The tv at check in was broken, maintenance did come to replace it. The windows were dirty and overall, the room didn’t feel clean."

"We stayed for 3nights. The first day of buffet breakfast we had…the food selections at the main lobby restaurant were suboptimal. The egg omelette tasted like it was a powder mix. Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra...
