"This was the first time I can say it wasn't like the pictures; it was better! The color of the cabinets gives the impression that it's in need of a renovation, but it's not true. It's clean, comfortable, roomy, and well-maintained. It really is a whole house you get. The area is so beautiful, service all over Pinetop was exceptional, and the food was great. Having the activities on site was fun, and I appreciated having the big soaker tub to warm up in. If I were to add any cons, I would say...

"Front desk person, Skye, was very good at her job, welcoming, very informative, AND friendly. Room was comfortable, fridge microwave tv shower and heater worked well.
