Condo, very nicely furnished, split floor plan. Master bedroom and full bath, two bedrooms and full bath on other side. Family room with vaulted beam ceiling and beautiful stone fireplace. Kitchen is updated and stocked with all essentials. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, rear bedroom has a king-size bedroom and front bedroom has a queen-size bed. All rooms have smart flat screen TV's. Full-size washer and dryer located in laundry room next to kitchen. Gas barbecue located on deck. Linens, towels, free high-speed internet with wi-fi, toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Located at well-known Sports Village in beautiful community of Pinetop Lakes Country Club. Surrounded by pine trees in Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. Just a short walk to 18-hole golf course at Pinetop Lakes Country Club. Only a 30-minute drive to Sunrise Ski resort, 3 miles from Woodland Lake and only a couple of miles from many restaurants, shops and casino.

Pinetop Vacation

We’ve stayed in the condos in this area and loved it. The place was spacious and relaxing, the neighbors were so nice. It was definitely a plus to have the room air conditioning unit on the few days we were there that got warm during the day. Will stay here again!

A well furnished condo

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo had a well equipped kitchen which my wife loved for cooking meals at home. The master bedroom bed and pillows were also very comfortable and we got plenty of good sleep. We would stay there again.

Absolutely stunning condo in Ponderosa pines with blue spruce just outside the window and front door. Very well appointed rental with large comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully stocked and large! Loved being able to cook for my family and be a part of the conversation as the living room and kitchen are one big great room with vaulted ceilings. Full sized laundry room that allowed for dog kennel to be set up. Showers with high shower heads so tall people can enjoy a lovely shower. Bidet in the b=main bathroom too. Located in the Sport Village near the Pinetop Country Club. Easy to reach shopping, casino, movie theater and restaurants. Hosts thought to include plenty of linens, entertainment like games and tons of movies as well as a binder with lists of where to go to eat, shop and visit. Smart TVs in every room and living room. Best of all 2 king beds and 1 queen in the cozy bedrooms.

Cool condo in the pines.

This was a great condo, good sized, nicely furnished and well appointed kitchen. The open living area and bedrooms all had smart Roku tvs. The living room had an a/c unit but weather was great and we didn’t need it. The master bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the master bath had two sinks. There is plenty of storage, a nice laundry room. If you need it really dark to sleep, you may want a sleep mask due to other people’s outdoor lights. We enjoyed the condo a lot and would definitely rent again. Joann was a wonderful host.

Family retreat

We loved our time in this beautiful property. It was stocked with everything we could need. The location is great. We enjoyed some much needed R&R in the cool rainy weather. Will definitely recommend this property.

Next time we are in Pinetop, we will only consider staying here. Joann and the property are fabulous. Joann is very responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at in roughly 10 years! The condo is super clean, spacious, and contains all the comforts of home.

Above and Beyond

We have stayed at many properties in Pinetop and this one was superb. It had so many little perks not seen in many rentals ie: cotton balls and Q-tip swabs in baths, tissue in every room and at bedsides, kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans and they were nice ones. Decor was beautiful as was the bedding on every bed. And, a place to sit in all bedrooms besides the bed. Owner very quick to respond with questions. We loved every minute. (Just don’t like climbing the stairs, ha )
