I could not get a hold of the host for days there was no communication. I traveled four hours to get there. Dispute that. Upon arriving again, I could not reach the host so I did not have the PIN to enter the property. After traveling for hours we were stuck in the cold in the rain trying to get a hold of somebody while there was no internet. We ended up checking in 2 hours later. Upon entering the property it was freezing and the place had not been cleaned. This was noticeable due to debris on the carpet, straw and grass on the fireplace blankets, a fridge full of food including broken eggs, pubic hair in the toilet, soap scum all over the glass door in the shower and upon checking the sheets the sheets were stained and dirty. Dirty. We then had to clean and do all the laundry before laying down to rest. There were several things at the property that were broken or dirty and I was told that if I wanted to check out late I could pay extra. In my opinion they owed me 2 hours plus a comp for the labor I had to do to make their property fit and a acceptable for a stay. I'm not sure how this property has a premier status. I couldn't disagree more. The property itself has everything you could need and is a fun place and the structure is awesome but the communication with the host and the cleanliness is infuriating and unacceptable.
The host without communication until I arrived at the property and I had to get that from br V what is that was from VRBO. Upon checkout I was given detailed instructions to empty the fridge to remove all the bed sheets and start a load of towels.
Food from the last person that stayed there I assume.
Not only was there pubic hairs in the toilet bowl, but the toilet seat was as seen.
This is one of many things that we're broken, but I can only upload a certain amount of photos.
