"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but...

"It was ok, not amazing. Breakfast was mediocre at best with few choices and was the same all three mornings. No alternative options offered for any dietary restrictions. Room was clean enough but not as advertised in photos for room I thought I had booked. It is also right beside the highway and the noise impact is significant in the front facing rooms. "

"I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in. The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid...

"The room was reasonable for budget accommodation. That said, I was woken by loud noise at 5am and the unexpected arrival of police at the inn, which made for an unsettling experience. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied, though I do recognize that not everything that occurred was within the inn's control."

"Everything was pretty much perfect. If I have one complaint it would be our check in.p We were told that check in is at 3pm We didnt get into our room until like 4 30. This is unacceptable."

"This hotel was amazing she was so fast at checking us in and the breakfast was awesome for what we paid the hotel was super clean very quiet and the room was perfect the bed was so unbelievably comfortable I had the best sleep I've had in a long time I wanted to take the bed with me LOL we will definitely be staying here if we ever traveled to Hamilton again"
