Lots of space in this newly updated home minutes from the village of Pinehurst and close proximity to miles of nature trails. Enjoy 2 separate living areas, 2 gas log fire places, a covered front porch with ceiling fans. This home is perfect for large families, golf get aways or a great girls weekend escape. You will find 3 bedrooms (one queen and three full beds) on the ground level opening up to an expansive fenced in back yard with stocked wood and a fire pit. A pool table is located on the bottom level also for your entertainment. The main level has one large bedroom with a king bed, private bath and a living room and kitchen which opens to quaint keeping room and outside balcony. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with a queen. Perfect location for entertaining! Indulge in a quick walk to town or cruise around the village in owner provided golf cart. You can call to confirm availability. 910-603-4955 or any specific requests.

Perfect Stay for Our Golf Trip

This property was perfect for our golf trip. We were in town with a group of eight, and the house easily accommodated us all. It was very clean, spacious, and located in the ideal spot. Ashley was a pleasure to work with—she responded quickly and provided all the necessary details to make our stay effortless. I could go on and on about this property, but rest assured, you won't be disappointed. You'll be hard-pressed to find a place as nice and accommodating as Ashley’s for the price.

Spectacular home!

This was a wonderful home for several family members to come together for a special military ceremony. We were only at the home for four nights, but I can not say enough about how amazing it was. There was plenty of room for people to have private space when they wanted, and enough spaces to come together as a family and not feel crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the house was loaded with great amenities. The town is close by and was wonderful to explore. There is a grocery store just around the corner and we were able to get all the food we needed for our stay. If you have a large group and need a beautiful home to stay, do not hesitative to book this house! Ashley was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The only regret I have is not being able to spend more time here.

The house is centrally located between plenty of fantastic golf courses and places to eat. The house itself was clean, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. The host was always accessible and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great House and Host

This house perfectly accommodated our golf group of 6 couples! Every room had a decent bed size for each couple and the pool table was great entertainment. The house was centrally located between all the courses played. The host was amazing and was able to accommodate early check in and the house had all of the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommend.

Best celebration rental EVER!

Had a family weekend of fun and love celebrating our son’s wedding! Such a magnificent home and property. Our family, from age 60 to 6 months, ALL had a blast and was more than comfortable. Ashley is an amazing host and has thought of EVERYTHING! She is so communicative and approachable! Always answered me almost immediately! The location is just perfect and we all enjoyed taking the golf cart the short ride to the village of Pinehurst and taking in all the beauty. Ashley, we will definitely be back!! THANK YOU!

Nice home in Pinehurst

Pictures tell the story. Great layout and size for our large group to hang together and/or split into smaller groups. Kitchen is great and convenient. Some seating on porches and gathering spots a bit worn but not objectionable. Outdoors space has opportunities for kids activities. Home location is very convenient to the Pinehurst village and surrounding areas. Additional towels needed to get thru the week without laundry. Golf cart is a plus for getting to the Village center. Steep stairs and bath appliances can be challenging for seniors.
