4-bedroom house in adorable Pinehurst with cozy living spaces

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Only minutes from the Pinehurst Resort & C.C. and village!

I have been told my home is happy, fun, cozy, homey yet very clean and accommodating. Enjoy swimming in the pool, chipping golf balls on to the floating green, playing corn hole, and watching the outdoor TV while grilling out or lounging in a pool float! There is a covered gazebo with curtains and a gas fire pit. There are four bedrooms, one is a Carolina sitting room and has a full size futon. The room can be closed off with a slider and curtains to be a fourth bedroom. There is a cozy pull out sofa bed in the living room. In the closet I have a roll away twin bed and a foam fold out floor mattress.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house except for an owners closet, garage and shed.

Other things to note
For safety purposes please be aware that there is an inground swimming pool in the backyard. NOTE** The Pool is closed and covered for the winter months. It will be open April 1st.
I have a ring door bell but there are no other cameras on the property inside or out. The lights around the pool are solar motion detected lights only and are not cameras.
Potty trained dogs are allowed. (Please no cats.) Your pet must be on flea and tick prevention. The maximum number of dogs is two. There is a one time charge of $125 for dogs.
I also have TV’s in all the bedrooms, Carolina room, a 70” tv in the main living room and a TV outside by the pool. I have Roku, Firestick, Youtube TV, including the golf channel and ESPN.
