Pine Ridge Manor-Private Hot Tub, beautiful Hilltop with views

Come spend time with your family in the beauty of nature. Get lost from the distractions and stress of life; this manor has no TV.. Relax in the private hot tub or grill and eat on the patio with views of the surrounding mountains and up the valley. Play games in the rec room or enjoy family time together in the large lawns in front and back of the house or around the fire pit. Enjoy the wonderful views out the living room bay window. There are numerous recreational opportunities in the surrounding areas and the town of Franklin has good dining and some shopping.

The space
The main living area is divided into a living room and game room with a pool table, board and card games and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig with K-cups. The dining room is adjacent with a large table to gather around.
The bathrooms have fresh bath linens and a hot shower. TP, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are provided. Need more space? A third bedroom that sleeps 3 is available upon request for an additional fee.
Get lost from the distractions of technology and the stress of life; this manor has no TV. There is no cell phone service, but you can get T-Mobile and AT&T service in Franklin, WV and a land line phone with local calling is provided.
There is a central air system to keep you comfy year 'round with two thermostats for customized comfort. There is an iron and ironing board in the master closet and a washer and dryer in the basement.
Wishing for a taste of camping? Outside, we provide a patio table and chairs, gas grill, fire pit and wood to fix a meal or to kick back by the fire.
Enjoy a relaxing in the private hot tub surrounded by breathtaking views of nature by day and the stars by night.

The 5 stars isn’t even enough! It’s absolutely gorgeous. Stunning views. Beautifully decorated. “Move-in ready”. Just needed food and drinks! The hot tub was amazing. We bright a projection tv because we knew there were no TVs and had a wonderful movie night. The stars at night in the hot tub were breathtaking. This is a book it again property. Very secluded and private! Highly recommend!

Our hiking adventure needed a base camp that was comfortable and restful. Pine Ridge Manor did not disappoint. Bradley and Linette took hospitality to a new level providing an abundance of fresh towels/linens and a fully stocked kitchen complete with spices and condiments and a stocked coffee bar. The fresh baked bread and honey was a nice treat. Their communication was fantastic and replied quickly to my inquiries or messages. The accommodations were impeccably clean and probably one of the best vacation rental listings we have stayed at in a long time. The jacuzzi was sanitized and its proximity to the view an added bonus. With no light noise our evening sky was also stunning and peaceful. Instructions throughout the house made adjustments easy for use of any mechanicals. The Grill was very clean and utensils easy to locate. Hiking recommendations all within an hour of the house. Spruce knob, Seneca Rocks (easy), and Chimney Top ( Moderate) but definitely worth the effort. If we are back in the area we will definitely be checking availability again. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

This place was amazing. My wife and I were looking for a secluded getaway and we found it here. The views were spectacular. We really enjoyed being in the hot tub and seeing snow covered mountains all around. The kitchen was well appointed. We didn't leave for 4 days and we were able to cook everything we needed. I don't want to forget to mention the double-headed shower in the owner's bath. My wife and I would definitely return here.

I stayed here with my husband on our honeymoon! It was such an amazing stay! Such a beautiful place & Very clean. The hosts were amazing and everything had so much thought put into it. Loved the hot tub and deer. Hope to come back!!

Off the beaten path

This property is beautiful. It is a little ways from town but we enjoyed the seclusion and privacy. So quiet and lots of deer. The house is hands down the most clean VRBO we have stayed at. The owners were prompt to reply to any questions.

Secluded and Sensational!

The property is more secluded than we realized, but we loved our stay and hope to come again. The house was spotless and provided everything we needed. Enjoyed using the hot tub under the stars and seeing deer and wild turkey in the front yard. Highly recommend!!

Fun off the grid getaway

I liked everything about the house only thing I would say is it would have been nice to know that each of the queens weren’t in separate rooms as I previously thought from the listing. Some internet and possibly a tv to watch a game would be nice but didn’t mind not having it. Loved how quiet and secluded the property is.

Cute house in the hills

My three friends and I had a great time at Pine Ridge Manor. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts had thought of almost everything, from a spare toothbrush and make up wipes to a basket of snacks in the kitchen. It was only about 50 minute winding road to Seneca Rocks hike. The one thing to note is that the house is full of biblical phrases - in frames and pasted onto walls - everywhere. This didn't bother us, but definitely something to consider if it would bother other guests. I would recommend this house (and hot tub!) to other friends!

Peaceful Retreat

What a view from this mountain top ranch home. If your looking to get away and unplug from everything this is a great spot to visit. Town isn't to far away so you can still get what you need while being just far enough to be away from everything.

Wonderful Stay

Modern house set on stunning hilltop. We stayed here for the dark skies in this area and it didn't disappoint. Had amazing views of the Milky Way from the hot tub and a large front yard where we played frisbee golf. We will definitely be back.
