"It is a hotel that was built when Regina was seeing better days. Nice brass, interesting decor. It is still reasonably clean, but definitely could use an upgrade. I don't want to complain- the staff is reasonably attentive, the parking is convenient and cheap, the location is good. Probably as good as it gets in Regina."

I understand this is out of the hotels control but maybe have someone greeting guests at the door. Make people feel more comfortable. "The Hotel is two star at best , the room was cleaned adequately, but the hallways etc were in horrendous condition , obvious damage to ceilings and walls everywhere due obvious flooding of some kind , old wall plaster all over the carpets etc. Def the worst aspect of the place was the obvious drug deals taking place in the parking lot all night long . Def make sure to take every valuable out of your car as we watched more than one person checking door handles . I would avoid this place "
