"5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. "This is one of the best hotels I have *ever* stayed at. Beautiful rooms at a historic hotel in the middle of an olive orchard, a 15 minute drive from Monemvasia. The manager came out to meet us when we parked, knew who we were and brought us to the room prior to my coming to check in. The included breakfast the next morning was fantastic, huge variety of freshly prepared foods. Incredible experience, thank you!"

"We only stayed here for one night, but everyone in my group agreed that we would love to spend a week here. The property is situated in a peaceful, rural environment that is a short walk to the beach and still relatively close to neapolis, a bigger town. "This property within the walls of Monemvasia was beyond amazing. The character alone, proximity to the square and restaurants along with a private courtyard was beyond our expectations. Just a flight of stairs below is a swim area, so unique that you have to say you’ve done it! Be sure to direct message the property before you arrive, they will make sure to greet you and arrange a porter! The stairs are a lot so pack smart and light! We drove and got lucky with parking … but there isn’t a lot! ...

"Leuk vakantiehuisje op een mooie plek op de helling achter in het dorp. Maar toch op loopafstand van het gezellige dorp met restaurants en de dam naar het oude stadje op de rots.
