Mountain View Dream is an inviting 3-level log cabin with over 4,300 sf in size that offers all the comforts of home. It is located in the prestigious Black Bear Ridge Resort. This 8-King log bedrooms w/7-bathrooms vacation Lodge allows you to be in midst of the fun in Pigeon Forge or retreat to the peaceful cabin environment all within a few minutes. Our cabin sleeps up to 30 guests, see layout pictures. For your entertainment there is a game room, 11 HDTV's in addition to free Wi-Fi throughout the cabin.
Enjoy the spectacular long mountain rage view from each of the 3 decks, each unique and gorgeous while relaxing with your morning coffee in the wooden rocking chairs on any of the spacious decks.
WAIT! We have another 8-bedroom cabin within a few steps. We can accommodate over 50 people between the two cabins. Ideal for weddings/large events !
The main level features the Living & Dining room with plenty of seating, Fireplace, a large HDTV, the granite counter kitchen with an island and two King Log bed master suites with walk in showers, private Jacuzzi and Fireplaces, as well as a large deck with the hot tub to gather, share some laughs and stories while enjoying the endless view. The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of new granite counter space for multiple chefs and ability to set up buffet-style meals. Lots of wooden cabinetry offer ample storage space. There is a large Island, to gather around. Small appliances such as Keurig single serve K Cup coffee maker, crock pots, mixer, toaster, waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, food processor, electric can opener, tea kettle and 2x 12 cup basket filter coffee makers are available for our guests use. Plenty of bakeware, glassware, dishes, utensils, pots and pans will give you a jump start to unforgettable meals. For the BBQ enthusiasts there is a large covered charcoal grill right in front of the cabin. A queen size log sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress and 2 large log chairs offer comfortable seating around the Stone fireplace.
Going up the stairs you will find two additional King Log bed master bedroom suites, each with a twin sleeper sofa for the little ones, plus a spacious open den/loft offering stunning floor to vaulted ceiling panoramic windows showcasing the awesome view over the Smoky Mountains. The open vaulted ceilings sure are a plus of this great room with a full-size log bunk bed, 2 queen sleeper sofas with new memory foam mattresses one full size futon sleeper, a full spacious bathroom and front and back deck to take it all in.
A large screen HDTV with PS2 Game console, board games, a chess game table, DVDs, Books and new Arcade game offer the perfect entertainment for the additional sleeping space and gaming for the young and young at heart. A full bathroom with shower/ tub combo complete this fabulous den.
Send the kids down to stay on the lower level game-room; 4 more King size log bedrooms with 2 walk-through bathrooms and an entertainment area featuring Foosball table, Pool table, Air Hockey table, Arcade Game, full size side by side refrigerator and a large 65” HDTV to enjoy sports or your favorite movies.
Additional stools for seating and one queen size sleeper sofa is part of the spacious game room.
Church Vans/ Sprinters/small School buses up to 36 people can get to cabin easily. No access for tour Coaches.
Our guests have access to the community Pool, 2 Min drive or 7 min walk (open April through September.)
The cabin is located just a few minutes away on well maintained, easy drive-able roads from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Lake Douglas and just a short drive to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You can enjoy an 11-mile drive through Cades Cove spectacular loop for wild-life watching, visit historic cabins and churches along the way, find lots of hiking trails (options to arrange National Park Ranger guided hikes) visit the quaint Mountain Town of Gatlinburg or simply relax being outdoors.
Within minutes you can go trout fishing in the middle of the wilderness or reach a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and all the fun attractions the area has to offer.

Stop by The Island at Pigeon Forge full of shopping, dining and entertainment. Take a rotation on The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, featuring all-glass gondolas that take you up 200 feet for an outstanding view of the Great Smoky Mountains. After the spin on the wheel, pull up a rocking chair to delight in the fountain light show and music. Don’t miss out on the wide array of choices of dinner theater such as Dixie Stampede, Murder Mystery or Lumberjack Feud; hours of entertainment and filling meals.
Just a short drive down the Parkway you’ll find charismatic Gatlinburg nestled in the mountains. For a year-round adventure, make a stop at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area and Amusement Park, with an aerial tram, alpine slide and year-round indoor ice skating rink and in the winter snow skiing, tubing and snowboarding and a water park for summer guests.
Visit the Smoky Mountain Winery, the oldest winery in eastern Tennessee, for tasting of the variety of local wines. For a pleasant dining experience, The Smoky Mountain Trout House features Rainbow Trout caught in the clear waters of the Smokies.
With so much outdoor adventure surrounding you it can be a difficult choice where to begin. Horseback riding is another delightful way to see the Smokies with guided tours from Five Oaks Riding Stables. For a high flying adventure, tour the trees with a zip line tour with a variety of skill levels or try the Tree Top Ropes Course at Adventure Park at Five Oaks. White water rafting is another unique way to see the area, stop over to River Romp to raft down the Little Pigeon River.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years (copy of DL required), no Fraternities or Sororities. Absolutely 100% No Smoking policy inside the cabin. Max 2 Dogs. NOTE !! Parking for up to 5-6 cars in front of the Cabin with overflow parking a 2 min walk away.
