"Check in was very quick and easy. Hotel was very quiet and room was comfortable. The ice machine did not work but the desk clerk came and knocked on our door with a bucket of ice for us. I will definately check this hotel out the next time I have to stay in the Fort Wayne area. "

"Hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent! When we arived the heater for the pool wasn't working but the staff member said they called the maintenance guy to come fix it because they had a lot of guest wanting to swim. By the time we went to the pool it was working! Top notch service and we will 100% be staying again. A great hotel! "

"Breakfast was good, but we had bed bugs. My wife was bit 15 times on the middle of the night. Brought to front desk attention and saod manager would call. Never got a call. Now we are washing and drying everything we took with us to try and make sure we didnt bring any home with us. "

"We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay."

"Not a good continental breakfast. No spare toilet paper in room. No UsB ports. No drinking cup. No in room coffee machine. Key pass on exterior door broken. Heat worked ok. Seemed fairly clean. Bathroom small but functional. "

"Right when we got in there the guy at the front desk said they just got the pool heater fixed and heater was on for the past 2 days but is only 63degrees. The place smelled like death. The vending machines were broken . The front elevator was broken. The room smelled like something was burning. I jumped in the pool and checked where all the jets were and nothing was pumping out so that means the heater wasnt on. So that was a complete lie. Im sire he tealls all his guests that same line. "I needed a quick place to crash for cheeep . This was it . The kid checking me in was very nice . Honestly the entire hotel smelled like weed . As soon as you walk into the lobby to moment I got to my room. As for my room. Lots of pillows l like that . The mattres was hard . Like I feel the springs in my back hard. And the air conditioner was subpar at best pushing out at 60*"
