"I had a fantastic stay at the Shore Cliff Hotel. First, the customer service was excellent. It was raining when we arrived, but the front desk team stayed upbeat, which made a big difference for us. Second, the room was warm and welcoming. We booked the two-bedroom suite and the view was absolutely breathtaking. And the morning breakfast? Excellent. You can tell a lot of care and planning went into making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, a wonderful stay."

"Excellent location. Room was exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. Some of the furniture did need some touch ups as it looked old and worn. Food was excellent and the bar area was sublime. Bartender was excellent and the restaurant staff was very attentive. Only feedback is that the staff at the gift shop wasn't very friendly. Didn't say hi and didn't acknowledge us. Lobby staff was very friendly at check in but not so much at check out. Will definitely check...

"Make sure to get a garden facing room, better view and air conditioning units of neighboring bldgs are noisy. Room layout/design was great, 2 great espresso places across the street and a stones throw from the Thursday Farmer's Mkt. Their gym has "like new" equipment and able to get an adequate workout. I like a firmer mattress, but that's me. "

"Was perfect overnight stay for us with a dog. Although we could not spend time in the common outdoor lounge/picnic area, it was very nice. Bed was comfortable. There was even a small refrigerator and microwave that was convenient. The only small issue I had was with some plumbing smell from the bathroom, it was minor issue but would be nice if it is fixed.
