"The nicest most attentive staff one could meet. Bedroom and bathroom were superb as was the buffet breakfast. Position near the Duomo and the excellent shopping streets was a huge bonus. Two small matters that need addressing: the freestanding magnifying mirror in the bathroom falls short of the standard expected. Its magnification is very low and one has to bend down to look in the mirror. There is lots of lighting in the room but no low level lighting to visit the bathroom safely in the night....

"Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect to a wide range of walking. The only suggestion I have would be to create a raise for the entry of the shower so the water doesn't leak under the shower door. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff."
