"Our room was clean and comfortable, well designed, and quiet. Air conditioning works great, and having a mini fridge really helps in the summertime. Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport. Located within a short walk to multiple must-sees like the freedom tower, Oculus shopping center, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, and Pier 11 where you can take a scenice ferry ride to Dumbo, Brooklyn for the absolute best views of the city!"

"This property is in a great location and if you are someone who likes a “boutique hotel” vibe, then this is gonna be your aesthetic. My biggest issue on the trip is that when I went to take a shower, the hot water was out. I ran it for 10 minutes to no avail and contacted the front desk and they had engineers work on it.
