Un hotel súper nuevo que no le faltaba ningún detalle . Su propietario es muy atento y hace que estés como en casa. Comunicación con el propietario un 10 La habitación un 10 Las instalaciones un 10 Limpieza un 10 o más!!! El desayuno un 9 El parking un 2, no me parece corrector que te hagan pagar 20€ por dia en un solar al aire libre

Staying at Gioi Hotel for 3 nights was a 10/10 experience! The manager Gio deserves all the praise for running such an amazing property. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and modern. Everything felt brand new. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station in Piano di Sorrento, which is much less crowded and touristy than the main areas, making it a perfect place to relax while still being well connected. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, and the staff provided exceptional service. If you need anything, they are only one phone call away and always ready to help. I have already recommended Gioi Hotel to my friends and family, and I will continue to do so. If you’re planning a trip to the Sorrento area, do yourself a favor and stay here l you won’t be disappointed!

Gioi Hotel is a beautiful new boutique property with incredible attention to detail. Giorgio was the perfect host — personable, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our stay flawless. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved having coffee and water available 24/7. The location couldn’t be better — just a 5-minute walk to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants. A truly exceptional stay — highly recommended!

Notre séjour a été un pur régal, un lieu magnifique suivi d’un bel accueil. L’hôtel se situe à proximité de tout (gare, restaurant etc…) La restauration ouvre un éventail à tous plaisirs gustative. I had a wonderful stay at Gioi Hotel! The entire place was spotless—so clean and well-maintained, which made it feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The hospitality was truly top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. A special mention goes to Ilary, whose cooking was absolutely amazing! Every meal was full of flavor and made with care—you can really taste the passion. I highly recommend Gioi Hotel for anyone looking for a warm, clean, and delicious experience! There’s not enough good I can say about the staff the host Giorgio very hands-on and very helpful. Wanted to take care of the guest did anything extra we needed wanted. Virginia again well maintained she kept the area clean. It was very clean and Ilaria. She was the breakfast cook and every morning we had a fantastic breakfast. We got to try some fruits that were not around at America’s. I would give us a six star rating. It was excellent service. Excellent cleanliness excellent everything so if you want a place to stay out of the way, very quaint small hotel well priced you’d like to go there.

Highly recommended! From the moment we arrived, the owner Gio was incredibly welcoming and greeted us as if we were guests in his own home. Throughout our stay he was always available to ensure everything was perfect and to share helpful tips about getting around the area. The hotel is thoughtfully maintained with great attention to detail, from excellent air conditioning to strong water pressure. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was both delicious and satisfying. Parking was safe and convenient, which made our trip even easier. During our stay we drove to Positano and also took the train to Pompeii, which is only a short walk from the property. We would absolutely choose to stay with Gio again when visiting the Amalfi Coast!

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect — from the stylish and comfortable furniture, to the convenient location and the availability of parking. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared each morning. What truly made the stay unforgettable were the owners of the hotel. The hospitality and kindness of the owner and his wife were beyond expectations. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always willing to help. Their taste and attention to detail really show in every corner of the place. I genuinely felt at home, and I want to sincerely thank them for making my stay so special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited in May 2026 for 3 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was clean and quiet, the bed big and comfortable and I had a nice little view into the garden with doors I could open. The breakfast started from 7am, however they were very happy to accommodate me to have it earlier if I wanted. The room also had free water in the fridge and air conditioning. It also felt very secure as you need the room key card in order to get into the hotel as it’s gated from the street. The hotel is in a very good location - about a 5 minute walk from the train station (with trains that can take you to Sorrento for about 3 euros), there’s a supermarket about a 3 minute walk away and the town square is about 5 minutes away. You can also park your car in a very secure space right next to the hotel (you get a key fob to open the gate with). This is at an additional charge. The owner of the hotel, Giorgio, was very kind and helped me get settled. He sent me links to the best restaurants in both Piano as well as Sorrento and Positano. I told him I wanted to eat pizza for dinner and he insisted that I visit Pizzeria 49 - and I’m glad I did. It was the best pizza I’ve had in my life AND it was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. This really is a great hotel to stay in as it’s not insanely expensive like if you were staying in Sorrento or in the other Amalfi Coast towns and you can also have your car in a safe space whilst you explore the other towns. Overall a great experience 🙌🙌

This review was more about Expedia failing to know that the hotel was already fully booked, but still sent me a reservation confirmation. The owner of the hotel was very apologetic, and he said he would try to find us a suitable hotel to stay at, since his hotel, the hotel Gioi, was already fully booked. It was a Saturday, almost every hotel in Sorrento was fully booked, so my wife and I drove to another area 30 miles away that we could stay the night. To top things off, my credit card was charged the full amount for the room we never got, and now I will have to try and claw those charges back, because there never was a room available for us. Again, nothing against the hotel Gioi at all, it was Expedia's fault to allow a booking when the rooms were already fully booked!

The hotel is so pretty, the entrance isn’t that easily noticeable but it’s directly in front of a road where cars drive by but there wasn’t many issues with walking around there. The hotel receptionist is really kind and gives off an L.A. beach club owner vibe lol. He helped us bring our luggage up the staircase including our friends who were not staying at the hotel to just sit indoors until we checked in. We were able to check in early as our room was already ready by 11:30am even tho normal checkin time was 3PM. Our room was super spacious and comfortable. There were a couple of ants initially around the shower area but that was about it. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and gave us a guide to get to sorrento, taking the train, and also let us leave our luggage after our checkout so we could do a little bit of shopping. There was also breakfast included which included a couple of baked goods and coffee and a little bit of hot food. We were here for only 1 night, it was quiet and comfortable as the AC is very good

Siamo stati una notte in questa bellissima struttura, piccola ma curata nei dettagli. Le camere nuovissime e con tutti i comfort necessari oltre ad un bellissimo arredamento fatto con gusto. L'host Giorgio è la ciliegina sulla torta, persona disponibilissima simpatica e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chi volesse soggiornare per visitare Sorrento e tutta la costiera. Un saluto anche a Fabiola 😊

De google maps foto's kunnen doen afschrikken maar het is een heel netjes hotel. Ziet er modern, schoon en luxueus uit. Parkeerplaats zoeken is wat lastig maar het ligt op wandelafstand van het treinstation. Het strand, supermarkt, bars, terrassen en restaurants allemaal kort in de buurt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en Gio, de gastheer staat altijd klaar voor een babbeltjes & om je wat leuke plekjes te vertellen. Elke ochtend staat er een lekker ontbijt klaar om je dag sterk te beginnen. Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt en voorzien van propere handdoeken. Geslaagde vakantie

The room was amazing and spotless. Comfy bed, large shower with high water pressure and heat, sunroof? window to view the night sky. There is also an outside terrace by the hotel entrance. Gio was also a wonderful and diligent host who was supportive in providing advice for travel and key location; with the hotel located not far from the train station. The buffet had a variety of food, including cakes. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area.
