"Breakfast had very limited options, and the property lacks basic amenities like a gym, pool, or bar. The kitchen closes early, and once it’s locked, guests can’t even use the only microwave on-site at night. The security guards are also quite strict, not allowing drivers to use the restroom or briefly stop to deliver items or pick up guests, which made things inconvenient."

"This hotel was incredible. The staff were so helpful, especially Tuan Anh who helped us with our luggage and stored it for us whilst we took a short trip to Vung Tau. The hotel was extremely well located, within walking distance of the Ben Thanh market, Saigon Centre, several walking streets, bars and restaurants. The pool was gorgeous on a hot day and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!"

"Ideal for short overnight stay between international and domestic flights. Free car to pick you up and drop you off. No breakfast in the hotel at the moment but loads of small places to get food within 100m of the hotel, and a couple of bars with craft beer within 300m."

"We loved our stay at Kin Hotel. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city sights, getting on the hop on hop off bus at the Opera House but easy walking distance to a lot of the sights too. It was great to get back and cool off at the roof top bar and pool, and the staff here were extra friendly. Great vibes. "
