"We were not able to check in. There was no one to assist us when we went to the place. When our guide was able to contact the number we were told to cancel the reservation. Due to poor internet connection in the area, we were not able to process the cancellation. We requested for a refund but was denied."

"This hotel was amazing. Staff knew us by name and helped us with everything we needed included seeing up ebikes and a guide to visit Angkor Wat last minute. The rooms were immaculate. Free tuktuk to Pub St. The swim up pool bar was great in the afternoon when it was hot. Fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Their property was extremely clean and they had a freeway staff that were helpful and good at there jobs. Chanun checked us in and made sure that we were well informed about the amenities of the property. Every morning at breakfast Solon made sure our breakfast was hot and accurate and provided extra condiments when needed.
