"This property has several issues and should be check carefully before committing to a purchase. They try to make up for their issues with the price so manage your expectations and you should be okay. Consider it low risk camping. I think eventually this could be a nice property once again but it will take a significant investment. The location is perfect! Easy on easy off the turnpike and there are quite a few food venues in the area and not far from downtown Syracuse if that’s your thing. The...

"The parking was fine. The front desk check in was not a comfortable experience. The girl was not friendly. The jacuzzi tub leaks, the room phone was broken. Carpet was wet around the jacuzzi. The housekeeping staff was not friendly at all and borderline rude. I do not think I will stay here again."

"Stayed one night, and it was a good stay. The building and facilities were a bit outdated looking, but everything was as advertised and worked. Usually there is something dirty in most hotels I stay in, but honestly, this room was very clean. Only needed to interact staff once to get key card, but interaction was quick and easy. Would stay again, especially because it was affordable relative to other places in the area. "
