Bedroom 1: Extraordinary Primary, Master Bedroom. Oversized King bed with full en-suite, electric fireplace, private balcony with five-seated table, coffee bar and a walk-in closet. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, bidet, double vanities, two private commodes and a rainfall shower.

Everything was great with the property, very nice house with lots of amenities. We had one issue the last day as the hot water tank quit working. Other than that it was a great stay

We had a lot of problems here during our stay. I do not recommend this property. We checked in Friday afternoon. 1. The pool and jacuzzi were not heated until Sunday. One heater was down. After a long drive, we were looking forward to jumping in the water. We could not. We could not swim the next day either. Sunday afternoon was the first time we could get in and not freeze. The pool cover was super heavy and annoying to put on and pull off. 2. The dishwasher was broken.3. The oven was broken and not fixed until Monday. 4. The BBQ was broken. They brought in a portable grill, which was fine. But it rained and we couldn't use the nice built in BBQ under the covered patio area. 5. One bedroom had a vent that rattled so loudly we could not use the bedroom.6. Another bedroom could not be used because the curtains were broken and wouldn't shut.7. Ice machine in freezer was broken. They provided bags of ice. 8. Several TVS would not allow us to sign on while others would. Outside TV by pool had a broken remote. 9. Broken chair in movie theatre.10. Dirty floor throughout house. 11. Master bedroom shades broken. On their own, these issues are not a big deal. BUT together, these issues really added up. The pool/jacuzzi temperature issue was a huge disappointment. Slow to heat. While the management company offered us a SMALL discount, it was a VERY small percentage of our total stay. We will avoid this house next time we go to Arizona.

This property is absolutely stunning!!! The view of the desert mountains from the pool is worth it alone, but everything else was fantastic as well. The property was comfortably able to handle 18 of us, all with our own private bedrooms and plenty of beautiful shared/social spaces.The responsiveness via email before our trip was fantastic to answer and questions we had, but they also helped us set up a Hibachi dinner for 20, by providing a vendor and tables/chairs/lines (rented). The property manager (Alexis) was fantastic as well, responding to us promptly at all hours of the day. Plus she was very friendly.I think returning here would be a no-brainer for me, but I'd also be open to staying at another HOZHO managed property, given the level of service provided. The early check in and late check out fees were a little steep, but when split between us all was not much. Overall, I highly recommend this property!
