Newly remodeled! All new gorgeous flooring throughout, and kitchen upgrades! Visitors with a sense of style will appreciate this home in Central Mesa on the Scottsdale/Tempe border. Conveniently located just minutes from Scottsdale, Sky Harbor International Airport and ASU/Tempe, this home offers all the comforts of home and then some. It's near golf, shopping, great bistros and fine dining, hiking, biking, and more.

Conveniently situated 3.5 miles from 21 pickleball courts, this home includes paddles and a ball available on-site for guest use.

You will enjoy the setting in this quiet, recently remodeled, lush neighborhood. The two-level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has large closets and four extremely comfortable beds, making it ideal as an executive retreat, family getaway, or romantic hideaway. A workstation and WiFi allows guests to get some work done, if needed.

Beautifully furnished, the living room and dining area have comfy sectional, and a large, flat-screen TV equipped with Netflix. The bedrooms feature luxurious 650 thread count sheets and lots of pillows, and great ceiling fans and upgraded lighting throughout. Iphone/Ipod speakers/alarm clock in master bedroom.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped high-end appliances including dishwasher, disposal, convection oven, plus lots of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking dishes and plenty of storage. Visitors find this special kitchen ideal for entertaining and feeling right at home.

Two car garage allows for added security and ease. Garage also features full-sized washer and dryer and extra storage space. Additional parking available in driveway and on the street.

The private shady backyard allows for outdoor dining and lounging and is perfect for sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop (free WiFi!) and drinking your morning coffee.

Mesa AZ Pet friendly near golf

This is a small 3 bedroom house with an enclosed back yard and garage. There are grocery and food places within walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a second fridge in the garage which was nice. The driveway is a little short. There are games provided but all were missing pieces and were unplayable. We always bring cards and dice and i have Yahtzee score sheets i can print off my lap top. The back yard is all dead leaves now so had to sweep a lot. The middle bedroom door wouldn't close. There is a service which takes the trash bins in and out. They parked in front of the driveway and blocked us as we arrived at the same time. I had only put one bag in at that time and when I went out the next morning to put more trash in I discovered others (neighbors?) had filled the bin with trash bags! Bedrooms are clean and comfortable and all are upstairs. The TP roll is too big for the upstairs bathroom dispenser to get more than one square at a time off. We would stay again.

It was great to spend time with the family all in one location. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Kitchen, rooms, laundry are all well stocked. Backyard is small, but did well for our dog and relaxing outside. Plenty of shops, grocery, etc. within two blocks of the house. Overall the house is clean. Could use some cleaning on the bathroom vent fans and the window sill over the front door. All in all, well worth it!

Clean & Quiet Desert Oasis

Lovely property with enough room for what you need. Stayed for about a week for sports events and golf and this was the perfect place for our family of 5 adults. Everything was clean and in order and great communication by the property owner. I could absolutely see myself back in the place in the future for spring training or more desert golf.

Not what we expected

We stayed for 3 weeks with our two cats. When we arrived there was quite a lot of damage done to property by previous people. We were never made aware of the damage. The house itself was not very clean- stains on carpet, blood on the inside of our comforter sheets(as I rewashed them do to my sensitive skin), window was torn up, water damage to wood units, and both toilet bowl brushes were brown/yellow. Even from the landing the ledge above the door was dusty and unclean. Let the landlords know(unaware of some damage but aware of others) and they apologized and said they could repair things but I wasn’t interested in that- just disappointed with the state of the home) Patio was nice- although there is a big tree so all the uncovered furniture has bird poop on it. You will have to replace anything you use in the kitchen. ***And do be aware- you are asked to turn off AC every time you leave property- even when you have pets at the home.*** Was not aware of this prior either and in 90+ degree weather this is an awful rule. Fridge water was milky and filter not changed(again you can get this replaced but it was too much of a hassle and should have be done prior to our stay). Good size rooms for big family but was not pleased with our stay. Do not recommend overall. Management company definitely does not care about overall state of property.

Excellent stay

Property was as advertised, clean and very comfortable. Home had everything we needed. Great location, grocery store in walking distance as well as the awesome frozen custard at Andy’s! Checking into the unit was a breeze and communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay at Brooke’s again on our next visit to Mesa, AZ

Nice quiet neighborhood. House as described and pictures were current and accurate. The house Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Convenient location and worked well for our dogs with the fenced backyard.

Safe Neighborhood and comfortable accommodation

House had been completely remodeled, including kitchen, bathrooms, and closets. New flooring was installed. There were a few glitches in the first few days, but these were always taken care of quickly. There were TVs with streaming services as well as local and national stations. A couple of things were best left until the home was vacant. Every thing was nearby, including groceries, hair shop, pharmacy, fast foods, dry cleaners, veterinary, and a golf course. All were in walking distance. Even the trash and recyclables were moved out by a "can monkey."

Holiday home

Great place-great stay. The house has a nice floorplan and comfy rooms that accommodated our plans. We had a small family gathering for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well equipped for the traditional feast. The outdoor space is very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the fire pit a few evenings. The patio table and furnishings are very nice. The location was close to what we needed and where we wanted to go.

Great location; Great home!

The house was well laid out allowing for enough kitchen/eating space, a nice living room with large TV. Backyard was lovely, enjoyed many meals under the tree. Community 9 hole golf course nearby was terrific!

Hotels in area are much nicer

Upon arrival this home smelled like wet dog. One of the rooms smelt like pet urine. It is run down and dirty with filthy floors and carpet. The toilet in the master ran day and night. There were outlets without covers and no power outlets worked in the master bathroom. Overall very disappointed in this rental which felt more like a rundown home than a vacation rental.

Run down

This place was so run down and overall gross. So many issues, I'll try to list them all - Picture online not accurate. Pics showed an accessable pantry, but it has a key pad on it. Pics also showed a desk in one of the room. No desk and the tv cable box just sat on the ground. -There is a huge pigeon infestation, which is all you hear in the master. -Blinds throughout the house don't work. They don't open and some actual blinds are just busted off. - Electrical outlets are missing covers - Back door lock is broken, you have to use a piece of wood to secure the house. -The fan in the master sounds like it is going to catch fire if you use it. - The lamps in the master bed room don't turn on. Not controlled by a switch and no button on the lamp. - The 2nd week we were in the rental, the next door neighbors decided to have a party complete with a PA system. So loud and annoying. - Dishwasher was from 1980 and didn't clean anything - The grout throughout the house is stained black. The claim that this a luxury rental is a joke. Doesn't seem that there is any up keep to the house.

Loved the stay

We stayed for a month and the place was great. There was plenty of room to accommodate the company we had visit. The neighborhood was so nice to walk our dogs in. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. Jessica was excellent to get back to us with any question or needs we had. The private backyard was so nice to sit out in at night. Loved it!

Good stay but not a luxury

My family and I were looking for a place to stay in Phoenix. The place had good reviews, and it was not a bad stay, but it was not worth the $200+/night stay. The house should upgrade small things here and there: a piece of the tile stair fell during our stay (not from use, just a random piece) and the bathroom sink faucet was wobbly. The kitchen, living room and backyard were smaller/night as bright as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was pretty noisy at night with other people spending time outdoors (houses are fairly close together). Overall, not a bad stay, but definitely not worth the expensive price.
