The house was quite roomy. Everything you might need in the kitchen was available. The pool was used by the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The location made navigation easy and there were plenty of things to do nearby. We had very good communication with the owner.

Where do I begin. We got a late start so we didn’t get checked in until 1-1:30am was tired so we went to bed. Got up in the morning around 7:30am and went to sit on back porch and we heard water running. Upon further investigation we found water coming out of the wall. I tried to contact the host via phone and text at 8:20 am in the morning. Little to no communication and or response from host. House was dirty, backyard overrun with weeds couldn’t even use pool due to weeds growing into and causing algae. Over All we had a horrible experience in the short amount of time we were on the property.

TERRIBLE HOST! To start, the ac never cooled the house down. It was not comfortable at all. Messaging with the host was very hard to understand and not timely. Moe said someone will be out asap but no one showed. The yard was unkept and home not clean. Counters were sticky, dust everywhere, stains on walls and blinds, greenery growing into the pool, not to mention again but 8 girls sweating while sleeping. This ruined a girls trip. He then accused me of having more than 8 people in the house due to him refusing to understand how I worded a comment. Typical deflect and accuse. He was unwilling to even attempt to make this right and instead turned the tables and is reporting me to vrbo due to him not understanding english. So take caution and if anything goes wrong, dont even try to bring a problem up. Terrible host

The best

This place is absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—only better. The house was spotless, incredibly well-kept, and full of the charm you hope to find in a dream getaway. Spacious? Definitely. Every room offered plenty of space to breathe, relax, and simply be ourselves. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to cancel all your plans and just enjoy the stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it was clear that the host truly cares about the experience. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave—and that says a lot.If you're fortunate enough to find availability, book it immediately. You’ll be emotional when it’s time to go (we certainly were).

Spring Break with Family of 6

First let me say we had a good stay, the house was clean enough and nothing immediately jumped out with the property. It was just as the listing had it all.Communication seemed to be lacking from the host. Taking several days to get a question answered prior to check in, then a small hiccup after our first night where we looked for some guidance on handling it; but it met with radio silence. Little to no expectations communicated from the host on check out procedures. So we kind of winged it based on prior experiences elsewhere. Still overall a good experience with the property.

Perfect for our family

Our family of 6 stayed here in March 2025 (4 kids ranging in age from 14-19). We opted for a house over a hotel so that we would have a little bit more room to spread out and this house was great because each of the four kids had their own bed. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. We knew when we booked that the pool wasn’t heated, but it was clean and refreshing when the temperatures got close to 100 degrees. Yes it is near the freeway however the noise didn’t bother us at all and it makes the location perfect. We were no farther than 30 minutes from everywhere we were visiting. Close to both the Deer Valley Petroglyphs and Thunderbird trails (as well as Target, Trader Joe's, Costco...)We will book here again on our next trip to Phoenix!

Loud freeway noise. Pool not heated and looked dirty the first day then clean the second day. Microwave made power go out a couple times but was an easy fix at the circuit breaker. Construction in the area made things confusing

Colorado - Motorcycle Winter Get Away

Great House! Clean, nice big house, plenty of room for all 8 of us. Nice big patio and pool in the back yard! Great location next to 35th Ave. Very nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors! Would recommend this house and its location to anyone! Owner is awesome! Super friendly and easy to communicate with!

Overall nice place with large living room. Had a couple of problems though; 1) Keyless entry did not work but Mo had someone fixed it on second day but didn't trust it so used garage door opener instead, 2) took forever to get hot water in the sinks and showers, 3) kitchen breaker kept tripping every day two to three times a day, 4) outdoor furniture was too dirty to sit on.

Everything we needed!

We loved this house! The pool was too cold to swim in but great waterfall for pictures! The beds were so comfortable, we took a pic of the brand! Everything worked, tons of entertainment options. Will def hope to stay here again! Moe was very responsive and helpful!

Nice home

The home was really nice and had ple ty of games and toys for my kids to be entertained. Moe was very communicative and checked in to make sure that everything was good. When we arrived there was a broken blind and they were hard to turn, but everything else was good and it seems that the insurance I purchased covered that, so that's good!
