Whether you are visiting Arizona for the weather, golf, or spring training you will love our great Glendale location that features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage, pool table, and gated heated pool with waterfall and lounge chairs (There is a $60.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month). It's conveniently located with quick and easy access to the loop 101 freeway making getting around a breeze. There are many restaurants, shopping, golf courses and hiking nearby. A short commute to Scottsdale, Arrowhead mall, Tanger outlet mall, Westgate, Peoria Sports Complex, Coyote arena, University of Phoenix Stadium which is home to our Arizona Cardinals. Flagstaff and Sedona are only a couple of hours away so as you can see it's a great location!
*Traveling with a dog? No problem. This home allows dogs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $200 nonrefundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.

Escape to this spacious 2 story home perfect for family and friends! There is a living room as you walk in the door with 2 chairs and a pool table. If your family loves games like we do, there are an assortment of games and a dining room table that seats 8 so everyone can play and enjoy one another’s company!
We know how important it is to prepare your meals at home and our kitchen is great for doing just that. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, cookware, utensils and Keurig coffee maker and another table seating for 6 plus 4 barstools at the counter. The family room is just off the kitchen and has a sectional sofa, 2 chairs, decorative fireplace and a 65” smart TV w/ YouTube TV Live to curl up and catch up on your favorite TV shows.
The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a King size bed, dresser, desk & chair, and a 49" Smart TV plus a great size private bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and garden tub. Next to the master is a powder room and the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms & a full bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 has a full size bed and 43” smart TV w/ YouTube TV Live, Guest bedroom #2 has a Twin and Queen size bunk bed combo with 43” Smart TV w/ YouTube TV Live and Guest bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed and 49” Smart TV w/ YouTube TV Live with a desk & chair. The upstairs guest bathroom has double sinks and tub/shower combo.
The backyard is great for outdoor fun with family and friends! Hang out and relax in the swimming pool or grill up some burgers on the gas BBQ grill. There is a grassy area for the kids to play. Not only is this home in a great location it's a great home that everyone can enjoy!
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
