Remodeled Home just 2.5miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! This home is a 4 Bedroom/3Bath, plus a game room (pool Table), with all new furnishings as of November 2021. The backyard is a great place to hang out with a pool (ask about the extra charge to add heat), BBQ and a brand new putting course! Make sure to take some cute pics outside by our mural wall! The Kitchen has a huge Island and plenty of seating for everyone! This is a GREAT location, just a quick Uber to all the hot spots!
All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Great location, quaint and quiet

A great location for a quick commute to Old Town Scottsdale and Top Golf. An older property…provides a more quaint experience. Main spaces are roomy, backyard is a bit smaller than anticipated but heated pool was a plus.

The “janky” house

This house served its purpose but it left a bit to be desired. The location was great, the listing details were accurate. However, the reason for the trip was for two families to visit their freshman daughters for parents weekends. We wanted a place to stay so the girls could do laundry and have home cooked meals. The kitchen is somewhat stocked but could be much better. The skillet handle is falling off, the over the stove light doesn’t work, the garbage disposal doesn’t work, the ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge is broken, the dryer took FOREVER to dry clothes, light switches everywhere that make no sense, light bulbs burned out. We bought steaks to grill and the grill didn’t work and is completely rusted. Doors are broken, a mirror is broken, baseboard corners are busted. Our feet and socks were filthy, even though the home appeared to be clean. There are lots of bees by the gross standing water on the pool deck coming from the leaky pool equipment. It felt like the remodel was lipstick on a pig. The house serves its purpose but if you are picky, this is not the place for you. We have stayed in other homes in the area in the same price range that were much better maintained. None of this impacted our trip, we made do with what we had but I wouldn’t stay here again unless there was no other option. This home needs some TLC.

Great home

We had an amazing stay at this place. Plenty of room for a large group and lots of entertainment. Nice big kitchen and plenty of seating in the dining room. Beds were comfy and rooms were big. The pool was amazing especially with the hot weather. Overall 10/10 would stay again.

Good not Great

The location was fantastic which made restaurants and activities easily accessible. The layout of the house is great! The pool was not clean upon arrival and the vacuum was left in the pool which made it mostly unpleasant. When asked about cleaning and the situation with vacuum the host finally replied back with pool Is only cleaned on Wednesdays. Which we checked in on Monday and paid the additional fee to heat. I could not find any communication in regard to the cleaning etc. Although the listing states HEATED pool in title. The pool cabinet was very dirty and there were not pool floats to use. We bought two and donated to the home upon check out. The faucet in big bathroom was broken and a few things need a bit of maintenance. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this stay would be my least favorable stay, I feel like the host was very slow in communicating to us and in the listing.

The House of Many Light Switches

This property was just 'fine'. It appeared to be well-used, kind of shabby, and was mostly clean. But... the amount of light switches was impressive - many of which did not seem to work, including the outside front door. Many of the light fixtures were the same. It was just odd. The pictures of the back yard are deceiving, it is quite small and there is very little room to lounge. If you have small children, this would not be a good fit. The patio door is about 5 feet away from the edge of the pool and there is not much room to walk around the pool. The fire pit in the front was really nice and the location is close to everything, just to mention a couple of positives.

Summary of Property

Overall, we really enjoyed the property. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the large kitchen. From the pics, I thought the kitchen had a double oven; however, that was not the case. We never got one of the microwaves to work, so thank God, there were two microwaves! A few things that the property owner should probably know - (1) some of the light bulbs were out when we arrived, but eventually, we were able to find replacement bulbs that were left in the cabinets. (2) The silverware rack in the dishwasher should be replaced - there are holes at the bottom of a few of the compartments from standard wear and tear. (3) I loved that there were a lot of great dishes; however, the cookware/bakeware left a lot to be desired. Having said that, had I not intended to make breakfast every morning and/or prepare a large Thanksgiving dinner, that would not have been a problem. Please know that none of the above diminished the the result of our stay. As I said, previously, we really did enjoy the property!

Absolutely amazing place to stay!

This is my second time staying here, and it is absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and very big! The location is very close to old town which is very nice. Shannon is very helpful and quick to reply. I have zero complaints and would 100% recommend this to anyone staying in Scottsdale. Thank you Shannon!

Fun Family Getaway

We celebrated my husband’s 60th Bday with our 20 something kids at this vrbo. Everything was great. This is a rental only. No one lives there so there’s plenty of space. The kitchen is large with everything you need. Nice neighborhood location close to a park. Plus a great view of Camelback. We paid to have the pool heated to 85 degrees and although it was 50/60’s outside we were swimming every day. If you heat the pool you have to remove and replace a cover. The home is close to bike trails, hiking and good restaurants too. We’re an outdoors family so this was a great place for us to spend time together.

Place was beautiful and perfect for our girls getaway. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! Had a hotel-feel. We opted to heat the pool which was great for mid-Feb trip. Overall, would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Great place for my family

This was an amazing property for me and my family to stay. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms. The property manager was amazing and responded to any concerns we had very fast. This was a newer VRBO property and it was just as beautiful as we were expecting it to be from the description. The pool was an amazing addition also. Very well taken care of..
