Quite and safe neighborhood! The area is full of restaurants, stores, and shops nearby. Easy access to the freeway for convenient access to the rest of the east and west valley.

10 Min Drive to State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, Westgate Entertainment District, Top Golf & Popstroke

20 Min Drive to PHX Arena, Chase Field, & Downtown Phoenix

25 Min Drive to Old Town Scottsdale

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Restaurants nearby can be walked to if desired. Plenty of street parking, but you have access to the garage and driveway for parking.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The pool gets serviced weekly on Mondays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. A net and brush is on site for guests to clean any debris that may accumulate between cleanings.



The hot tub is available to all guests complimentary. The pool may be requested to be heated up to 85 degrees for an additional $50/night for your 3 nights or more & $100/night for 2 nights or fewer, otherwise the pool will be unheated. If you haven't been to Arizona, the pool without heat stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
