Apartment was clean and welcoming. The hostess is very friendly, if we needed to contact her she was always available. The property is very well kept and the neighbors are friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall this is a great place to stay. We have family in Leisure World just right across the street and family just a few miles away. It is a bit of a walk around the building to the condo, like others have said, so prepare for that. A cart would be very helpful. The condo itself was very clean. Having a king size bed and one that is very comfortable is a huge plus and really the main reason why I picked this particular place. You will have the basics in the kitchen for cooking etc. Right now there is a Keurig to use for coffee instead of a coffee maker so be prepared if you decide to go grocery shopping beforehand. It's also great to have your own washer and dryer in the unit. Unfortunately, we did have some issues regarding the rainy weather but Jamie, the caretaker, was a trooper and really helped us out and came to the rescue! Thank you so much Jamie for everything! That was the most rain we have ever experienced in Arizona!

Enjoyed the Mountain View stay

We have stayed here before and really love the location. The furniture and tv have now been updated which we thought was very tasteful, comfortable, and the new mattress is super comfortable! A few negatives… the bathroom is in need of some TLC and it’s a bit of a walk from parking to the unit so would recommend bringing a cart. Great neighbors and the golf course setting is very nice

NFL getaway weekend

My wife and I had a marvelous 2 day stay here while visiting the greater Phoenix area from Tucson. We came up before the day of the game to see our beloved Patriots play the Cards. The site was wonderful and the neighbors were fantastic! we came late Saturday after dark, and a neighbor led us to the location. We were elated with the amenities as it has so much more than a regular hotel room. We were able to cook our meals and relax to a movie each night. Only one issue: was the hot water knob in the shower. It was hard to turn off so water would not run. Other than that! A wonderful stay!

Basic, but comfortable condo.

This budget condo had everything a couple would need and was adequate for our 2 week stay. Many stores and restaurants were within a mile and we felt safe and secure there. Improvements that would be appreciated in the future would be to repair/remodel the bathroom and place adequately sized covers on the bed. We really liked the nicely stocked kitchen so we could cook many of our meals there and the neighbors we met were friendly.

Great Times

Went to Mesa for Mother’s 80th birthday party. This Vrbo was great! It was clean and quiet! It was next to a golf course with a path which was handy and enjoyable. We had a great time!

A Perfect Place to Stay

Mountain View Getaway

Great location with shopping and restaurants close. Two issues though. The parking carport is a long walk from the front door. That's not an issue unless it's raining or you're carrying a lot of things in for a long stay. The other issue was the bed was extremely hard. Just our personal opinion though. Otherwise, comfortable for ours stay.

I truly enjoyed my visit. I had my coffee on the morning patio as I watched the golfers go by each day. My favorite feature was the king size bed. It was amazing. I would recommend!

some real issues here

We have stayed her previously, but this recent stay will be our last. A/C was not turned on (110 outside) and the unit was 94 when we arrived. It was 84 degrees inside 3 hours later and we continued to text the Rental Advisor representative for help. It did cool down by bedtime. The refridgerator was not working - ice was water and freezer was room temperature. We had to throw away food. I texted the representative on all of this with no help or response.
