A perfect family vacation home with private in ground pool on the Palm Valley Golf Club with gorgeous landscaped yard, grass and an outdoor fire pit. One level living at its finest in a quiet neighborhood rancher that feels like home. Close to City of Hope.

Beautiful three bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen beds), two bathrooms and dream kitchen equipped with everything you will need (all fully updated).

Looking for a perfect location for a guys golf getaways, girls trip or a couples vacation? E-learning? Working remotely? Or just wanting a great spot to reconnect with your family? Do it here!

Located close to everything you need:
* 30 minute to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
* 15 min to football/ hockey stadium, shopping (Tanger Outlets) and restaurant district in Glendale. 15 minutes to Avondale NASCAR racetrack
* 20 minutes to multiple hiking locations (Estrella Regional Park or the White Tank Mountains)
* 4 breathtaking golf courses within 20 minutes (Palm Valley (27 holes), Wigwam (54 holes), Verado & Victory)
* 20 minutes to world wildlife park zoo

Costco, Sams Club, Target, Walmart, many grocery stores, restaurants all nearby.

Home is equipped for families with portable bunk bed cots, several air mattresses and a master closet big enough to hold a pack n play(included)!

Pool has an optional safety fence that can enclose patio area from pool. Pool may be heated for an additional $150 per week.
Pool is heated with a heat pump.

Kelly was amazing every time I reached out to her. She replied back to me quickly. The house and the yard was beautiful and it was the most well equipped house that we’ve ever stayed in.

The home was very clean and well appointed. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The large dining room table provided space to play games. We didn’t swim as the water was cold (we didn’t ask for it to be heated), but we did spend time in the lovely backyard enjoying the nice weather. Kelly responded quickly to a couple of text messages I sent her. I would definitely stay here again.

My family loved our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and this house lived up to every expectation we had. We especially loved the heated pool! We're from a small town so we were also very excited to be so close to food places we don't have in our state like In-N-Out and Raising Canes.

Clean and comfortable

Great location on the golf course. We enjoyed the serenity of the backyard. The rest of the house was pretty sterile, not much warmth and decor, but it suited our needs.I’d rather have clean than warm any day, and it was very clean.

Beautiful and relaxing backyard, the pool was excellent and the house had lots of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy our time together. Very clean, and felt like you were at home! The home is outstanding.. Owners have a great attention to detail. Could’ve been more perfect for 6 days with family. The pool was a hit with my nephew . He spend most of his afternoon in there. We would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to coming back in the future

A little paradise in Arizona? I found it!

So very happy with this booking from the inside to the outside to the highest quality customer service! I've never left a 5 Star, but this property earned and more. It made our family's 4th celebration what we were hoping for. I loved it and HIGHLY recommend it!

Great stay for our family!

We had a great stay at Kelly and Patrick's property with our two young children! The house is equipped with everything we needed and we made use of the master bedroom walk-in closet for our infant in the playpen which was great for us. The backyard definitely steals the show with plenty of space to play and an amazing pool that we spent most of our week in. The whole house and backyard were very clean and we had no issues with communication with the hosts. We would love to come back!

We were in Phoenix area for a wedding. This home was the perfect “base” for the group that had travelled in from the East. Too cold to use the pool but everything else was simply perfect. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book this property.

Family friendly beautiful pool escape

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very well appointed with everything we could need. The pool was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time enjoying it and the beautiful yard. The house was spacious and fit our large group well. Communication with the host, including the provided list of things to see and do in the area was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would love to stay here again.
