Perfect getaway!

This property was perfect for a Winter getaway for my dad and I. The pool was perfect size, the golf course views were fantastic and it was close to many amenities. The owner was extremely responsive and had excellent communication. We will be back!

Beautiful desert oasis

We came to the area to celebrate the New Year with my oldest daughter who actually got engaged in the backyard! Well stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen items. Very spacious with wonderful Internet capabilities.

Great place to stay!

We took a family vacation in the middle of summer. The pool was refreshing, the inside of the house was nice and cool. We played a new card game that was at the place. We played Uno, we shot pool. It was great family bonding time. Ron turned on the waterfall feature for us and it was a great atmosphere. Overall, everything went well and Ron was a great host. We would stay again.

Great place for a hot visit.

Family of 3 in town to visit USAF son based at Luke AFB. Early communication with the host was clear and detailed. The house was tidy and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. Home included a pool table in the home and a small pool in the fenced backyard. Pool was very clean and refreshing especially since it was 115F when we visited. I would stay again and recommend this home to others.

All around very impressed.

Everything went perfectly. The location was great, for our events. The house was laid out and set up really well for our family. Beds were very comfortable, towels felt luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked, although we needed a hand mixer for the cake we baked. And I think there could be a couple more pool towels. But everything was what we would have hoped and better than we expected.

Great Place

This house met all our needs as a family of 5. The size was perfect for us and the house and pool area felt like we were right at home! The location was perfect for our trips to the State Farm Arena for the ncaa men’s final four tournament - we enjoyed our stay.

Phoenix Getaway

We just spent 18 days in Ron’s home. The home was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. The weather was a little cool, so we didn’t get a lot of pool time. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the back yard. The tee box to the 11th fairway is adjacent to the yard, We also played the course and enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this home. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Wonderful experience!

Just got home from a 2 week vacation. Started at Ron's beautiful home in Glendale. Perfect space for my multigenerational family (2 adults, 2 seniors and 2 teenagers). The adults loved its proximity to the casino! The host was easy to communicate with, the house had eveerhing we needed. The overall experience was excellent! Happy new year Ron!

Nice house Nice location

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to restaurants and family entertainment like State Farm stadium, Chicken n Pickle, Tiger Woods mini golf along with other things. Enjoyed relaxing in backyard and pool. The lights outback are nice touch at night. House was very comfortable and plenty cool during the day and night. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Ron was easy to communicate with.

Great Stay, good location close to surprise stadium

We stayed at this location for a baseball tourney in surprise-about 16 minutes from fields. Clean house, well stocked sheets/towels, great kitchen, pool and communication was amazing with owner Highly recommend

We stayed here while my son played in a baseball tournament. Good house with amenities. Pool was nice, beds comfortable and pool table was a nice touch. Cleanliness was ok. Otherwise, this was a good place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Great spot

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Ron was great at communicating with us. Traveled with a couple of friends for a skating competition and the house and pool were perfect. I would stay again. Park and walking trails were close by which was nice.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much in Ron’s home. He was responsive and easy to work with. Quickly fixed the hiccup we had for checking in. Pool is so nice and heated but took a couple days to get up to temperature in the winter so we couldn’t use it the entire time. House is well stocked to feel like home. Would stay here again!

Overall a very nice property. Quiet neighborhood with a nice park near by. Golf course behind property was nice. Beds comfortable and AC/heating worked reasonably well. On negative side, front door was very tricky to open. Had to finally figure out to pull slightly on handle at top, then let lock mechanism release. Not as clean as we would like. Crumbs all over floor. We quickly went out to buy a Swifter and also wipes for the kitchen appliances which were sticky. Solid 4 star place. Would stay here again.

Nice Place

Easy check in. The house was nice and cool when we walked in which was great (over 100 degrees outside when we arrived). The TVs were all nice and there's plenty to do between the backyard and the pool table inside. The furniture was comfortable, especially the beds. The host's communication was very good throughout. The neighborhood was nice and seemed pretty quiet. Great place to stay if you're in town for an event at State Farm Arena like we were.

Very quiet neighborhood. Ron checked in on us and was prompt in answering my questions. Great spot to stay and the Bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again.
