Simply Stunning views from this resort style back yard. This beautiful vacation home is in the Prestigious Arrowhead Lake Community on the LAKE. Offering a sparkling heated private pool (no extra charge for heated pool), outdoor fire place, private dock, pedal boat, I can’t imagine a better place to spend my days and evenings.
THE PROPERTY
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a king size bed, flat screen tv, in the master suite, with a spa style bathroom. There is a jetted 2-person tub and separate shower with multiple heads. The other two bedrooms are nicely appointed with queen size beds and flat screen tv’s. The second bathroom is newly updated with tile and granite.
The bright beautiful open floor plan has views of the lake from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. There is lots of seating in the family room and living room with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. A great space to prepare dinners to enjoy in your dining room or chose to dine el fresco with the sunset and lake views. Meals shared with families and friends is where great memories are made.
THE LOCATION
It’s all in the location and this home couldn't get any better with super easy access to Spring Training in Peoria at the Sports Complex, Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Car Auction, TPC Scottsdale golf course host of the Phoenix Open as well as State Farm Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals, Coyote's Hockey Arena and Lake Pleasant Marina. This is just a few of the attraction close at hand. With the home being conveniently located near the 101 freeway it is super easy to access the entire Phoenix area. Westgate and Arrowhead Malls are simply less than 15 minutes away. Plus, there is many restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. There are many golf courses nearby with Arrowhead’s Legends Golf Course 5 minutes away. Thunderbird Mountain Conservation Area is 5-minutes from the home and is great for hiking and biking. There is a neighborhood park with a playground, sand volleyball court and basketball court, only a 2 minute walk away.

The host was very gracious when I had an issue with the entry, especially since it was the middle of the night and the error was mine.The home was perfectly located for our needs and in very good condition. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, but enjoyed visiting in the outdoor space.We would be happy to stay at this property again and to recommend it to anyone traveling to Glendale.

Jane was fantastic, she welcomed us when we arrived. Janes house was great. It had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. We spent a lot of time on the patio as well as swimming in the wonderful heated pool. The location was great, getting around was easy. All of Janes instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a 5 star stay, spending a lot of family time and just catching up. I even caught a bunch of nice bass. I would highly recommend Jane's house, you will not be disappointed.

Our stay was very comfortable. I got some good rest. In the mornings I would sit out by the pool and enjoy my coffee. Then I would get in the pool until 11:00ish. We took full advantage of having the pool. The only issue was the peddle boat had a lot of water in it along with several dead mosquitoes. I would recommend the last person to rent the house, flip the boat upside down on the dock. So that it’s dry for the next people. We didn’t use it, because it was heavy with the water, to be able to clean it out. Everything else was fabulous. Also keep in mind that the wind does blow, and the pool will have some debris, but you can clean it out with the net! We will definitely stay there again! Our hostess was a dream to work with, thanks Jane.

Beautiful home for north Phoenix base

This was a great base for our visit to Phoenix. fab outdoor space, large rooms with just enough basics in the kitchen for an easy stay. Safe quiet neighborhood with plenty of hiking nearby. Comfy beds, lots of towels. as described. Use wifi code per home instructions not per vrbo info. BYO spices (they had salt but no pepper or other).

Came for the heated pool, stayed for the breathtaking sunset

What an amazing property this is. I wanted to stay forever! I really appreciated the snacks, coffee, and bottles water the property owner provided us for our stay. That was a pleasant surprise. The master bedroom was huge and the king bed was really comfortable. The bathroom in the master bedroom was great as well. The whirlpool tub was great on the muscles after a long hike at the Thunderbird Conservation Park that was just a few minutes away. Having a water softener also made the showers feel great. The other 2 bedrooms were nice as well and my daughter said the room she was in was perfect. The other bathroom was really nice as well and was perfect for our needs. The washer and dryer were nice to have as well since we got a little dirty on our hikes. The real gem here was the pool. It was nice that there were inflatables provided and plenty of beach towels. We spent a lot of time lounging in the 70 degree weather in Late December while it was freezing back home in Wisconsin. Having the pool heated also ensured that it was nice and warm during the day when you get that desert chill at night. The cleanliness was also top notch.Lastly, let me tell you about the sunsets. After the first night, all of us made sure we were outside to enjoy the beauty of the Arizona desert sunset. With the brilliant colors in the sky reflecting off of the water of the pool and the waterway of the community, you too will never want to leave. I would definitely stay here again!

Would stay here again

We would definitely stay here again! Everything was well represented in the description and photos. We loved everything from the swimming pool, paddling around the lake, and cooking dinner. This is a great location for dining and shopping. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great getaway home

This was a very relaxing place to stay. Our family enjoyed an extended getaway here for Christmas break. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the citrus off the trees and the heated pool. Jane was a great host. We will stay here again!

Nice stay with the family

The house was very nice and had everything you could possibly need - the fishing was the big hit - it was a well stocked lake. Loved the scenery of the lake and the ducks and the awesome Phoenix sunsets!

Just what the doctor ordered

My bff and I booked a 4 day trip to get away, enjoy warmer weather, a nice warm pool and privacy. Great location, love that it’s right on the water and we were able to get out in the paddle boat for a little exercise each day. Fun to boat out to see the different homes and hills/views. Pretty sunset view. We ordered groceries in and wore no makeup or shoes all weekend. Just swimsuits, pjs, bbq and relaxation. It was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Home

This home is so comfortable and clean. We spent most of the day in the pool which was warm and inviting. This was our first time renting a house vs hotel room and will rent this home again for the entire family to experience.

Relaxing in Phoenix

We were seeking a nice place to relax & play while visiting our son, his wife and our 1st born Grandchild. Boy we hit the Jackpot. A very spacious 3 bedroom home with two sitting areas, pool, barbecue facilities, gourmet kitchen. Needless to say, we had a Great time.

Great and easy stay

Great house. Nicely decorated and comfy. Kids loved the pool and peddle boat. Husband loved fishing. Location was great for us too. Only issue I had was I did not like there was no door to the master bathroom toilet. No door at all from the master bedroom to the toilet, no door at all which was so awkward.

2nd time was just as good as the 1st!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this home, and it will certainly not be the last. The location is great, easy access to the 101 loop that can easily get us around the city. Our favorite is the backyard, being on the water, able to do a little fishing and enjoy the sunsets. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing House, Owner and Pool

The house has plenty of room and was very clean. The owner of the owner thinks of everything and anything you could ever possibly need! We were there for a baseball tournament and there was a cooler there that we were able to use. Fridge has an ice maker and water. Pool is a great size, and the house has a great view. If we were ever in the Arizona area again, we wouldn't think twice about renting this house! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
