  • Make your stay away from home fun and peaceful with this beautiful Desert Oasis in Mesa. This home sits on 1 acre with a massive heated 1100 sq ft pool ($200 a day to heat w/a 3 day minimum), Rope Swing, rock water slide, waterfall, and outside shower are perfect for your summertime getaway. The backyard also provides a private pickle ball court, pool house, putt putt golf and bbqs waiting for burgers! You will enjoy the large covered patio and love listen to the tranquil waterfall. The rear of the property has lots of grass to run and play soccer or volleyball. It’s an incredible home that offers so much entertainment you will never have to leave! The inside of this home has a chef's dream kitchen, granite counters and over-sized fridge & freezer. The main living area has hardwood floors that opened up into a huge great room perfect for gathering while ping pong and the pool table wait for your loved ones. Basement has its own tv and air hockey. Wood flooring stretches through the great room and kitchen while the bedrooms have carpet. This home has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and will sleep 16 if the 2 pull out sofas in basement are utilized. Nice master bedroom and bath that boasts a granite wall in the shower, 3 shower heads, claw foot tub and an amazing view of the backyard through the french doors. This home is a 1/2 mile to incredible shopping & restaurants including: Ra Sushi, Buca Di Beppo, Rodizio Grill, Anthropology , over 30 restaurants and boutiques. 3 minutes from the freeway, close to downtown Gilbert and 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.     We do not allow weddings or any events. It’s now illegal for VRBO to host events. We also don’t allow bachelorette parties. Thank you for understanding!
    Pool heating is $200 extra each day to heat. Minimum 3 days. Usually needed from Nov-April
    Important warning! AZ is one of the hottest areas of the country. During the summer months the fake grass, patio area and patio furniture will burn bare feet. Please always wear shoes when outside. Without exception. AND PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN RUN AROUND BAREFOOT IN THE HEAT!!!
    NO SMOKING inside or out!
    NO PETS!
    There are cameras up outside to ensure compliance. If rules are broken you will be evicted with no reimbursement.

We had an awesome time during our recent stay. Everything was ready for us from the heating of the pool to comfortable bedrooms, to an amazing kitchen with everything we needed, to pool/pingpong/air hockey tables. The table in the kitchen area was able to let all 14 of us sit together. Couldn’t have been better.

Amazing outside area!

An amazing vacation spot for the whole family!

We loved this spacious, inside and out, property that provided everything you could ask for in fun and relaxation. Everyone loved the pool, games, hot tub and lounging areas. We would definitely return when heading out that way with our extended family! A beautiful and clean home that we all enjoyed.

We all had so much fun swimming, sliding, and swinging in this awesome pool! It was great to have the pool house to eat in and take breaks. The house had plenty of space for everyone! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and our family loved it. The pool was phenomenal. The children in our group were in it constantly. Very clean inside and out and lots of things for all of us to do. Managers were very responsive and took care immediately of all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

All about the pool!

Great house for a large family stay. The house was clean and very well stocked for the stay. Great bathrooms plenty of bedrooms for all. The pool was amazing! There is something for all ages at the pool from the slide and rope swing or the shelf to soak with smaller kids. Overall an excellent property!

Mesa Stay

Very fun property, enough room and activities for all ages. Well appointed, found everything we needed even things I forgot (like foil). We would stay again our family really enjoyed the time here especially the pool. It felt like a home which made my 4 kids and extended family very comfortable.

We were in town for a wedding, Grandpa and Grandma were excited to have all their grandkids under one roof for a few days. The pool was nice and clean. The house was large enough for all three families to have their own space

Fun at Spring Training 2023

Our group had a fantastic time enjoying the weather and the house when we weren't at spring training games. There was a abundance of things to do on the property and it was the perfect place for both kids and adults to enjoy. The house was in great condition. We'll definitely be back!

Great property

My family and I had a great time at this property. Even in the heat we played games outside, the property had plenty of umbrellas. The yard is huge and the kids loved the pool. Even though the house is centrally located near everything, I really appreciated the toiletries they had on hand. This was a great and memorable vacation!

Beautiful home

We planned a 90th birthday party for grandma and out of town relatives. The property worked perfectly and the location was very convenient. All the bedrooms on one floor and the huge kitchen allowed everyone to have what they needed to check in process was extremely easy and I would recommend this property for large groups.

Great home to stay at with kids!

House had everything we needed. The outdoor pool and amenities were so much fun! We paid extra for a heated pool and it was definitely worth it, the kids said it was like swimming in warm bath water. Thanks again!
