Established in the center of Gilbert, this 4 bed 3 bath home is perfect distance from everything. The perfect getaway awaits amongst your visit here. The location includes new appliances, well kept furniture, a resort like pool and hot tub. The house has 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, a pullout couch and an inflatable mattress. Tv's are located through the premise as well as a desk to satisfy the new "working from home" normal. House is deeply cleaned and sanitized after every visit.
The house is at the corner of the street no neighbors one way, there is also a fire lane out front so that means no car traffic and it is walking distance to all neighborhood amenities such as pool, parks and fields.the pool pictured is a communitypool where the HOA decides maintenance and schedule. It is not in our control if the pool is over capacity or closed during the time the pool people are cleaning it/tests. Please understand the HOA communicates with us the night before that the pool or parks will undergo maintenance.
There will be complete privacy here, I will be just a text or phone call away. In the case of an emergency I work close to the premise and can be there as soon as possible if not someone from our team will. I will also hold a contactless check in to satisfy the new rules in place. I have a property manager dedicated solely to being available to answer any question any guest might have.
There are biking trails/ walking trails near the premise that go parallel to the 202 freeway. The house is located only 4 miles from an in-n-out, 4.1 miles from the Phoenix- Mesa Gateway airport, and 4.2 miles from the Polytechnic Campus. Bars are located all near the area with wonderful happy hours. Only a mile away from Target, Walmart, Chipotle, Starbucks Chick-fil-a, Texas Roadhouse and more (There is a beautiful trail that could lead you there by bike or walking).
There is room for 2 cars in our garage but also Ubers are very common around. We find Lyft to run cheaper in our area.
