This is a single story home with a basement on a large private lot. Home boasts of 2 separate kitchens, 2 separate laundry, and living spaces-one on main floor, one in basement.

Basement has 2 stair entries to access basement from exterior or interiorly from main floor.

Please note there are stairs or small step changes throughout home.

Huge room on main floor set up as pool/game room with ping pong table + 3 couches (1 queen sleeper) TV, and exterior double doors to gather in and outside of house.

2 other gathering/living areas one with sleeper sofa, one with regular sofa. 2 desk workspace, 8th bedroom is a theatre room.

Parking avail on premises; please park in front of property near front door.

There is an additional white metal storage structure behind home NOT included in your rental. It is locked—Please do not attempt to unlock or enter. There are also closets locked from guest use in the home, do not attempt to unlock.

***Heating pool is additional fee, spa is free to use 8hrs/daily. Please inquire on pool heat fees-based on current propane rates-and let us know 24hrs in advance to ensure propane tanks are full to heat the pool.

please note: if guest ignores house rule and throws wedding, party, or event-there will be a $5,000 minimum fine and your security deposit will be kept. Only small family-friendly Events may be considered and are an additional fee-not allowed to host for the base night price listing-must inquire for booking and fees with prior approval from host. Only limited, small, non-boisterous events-for ex small baby shower, lucnheon, company retreat, or vow renewal, etc. will be allowed. We do not want high foot traffic or high car traffic, wear and tear on the property, or disturbance of neighboring homes. Absolutely no rowdy parties allowed.

Guests who book agree not to engage in any illegal activity on the premesis, or allow others to do so.

Please leave pool vacuum in the pool at all times-it’s the pool’s cleaning system-thank you!

No smoking or vaping in or on house premises. If you or someone who you bring to the property is found smoking in or on the property your security deposit will be kept, smoking fee is a minimum $1,500 fine.
