The backyard is perfect for your Scottsdale adventure featuring a fire pit, putt putt golf, bocce ball, outdoor table that seats 12. This home has two master suites with king sized beds and ensuite full bathrooms. One master is on its own private floor and the other is in the casita overlooking the pool and backyard!

Our home offers 1900+ sq ft of renovated living space! The open concept kitchen, dining and living spaces allows for the family to converse while hanging out throughout the home. The casita offers a separate master suite and is attached just to the back of the house connecting to the patio area.

Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person MUST be staying in the home.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact us! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! We are here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!

Perfect spot for a group of 10-11. The outdoor amenities were a hit! Weather was sitting right above 100 so the pool worked very well in our favor. We didn’t think we’d use the hot tub but it was quite relaxing as well. The grill and the outdoor games were also a hit for those needing a break from the pool. For a group of all adults, the two lower level rooms were just the right amount of space, the casita was very cute, and the master room was so spacious! Instructions were very clear, everything was labeled and easy to find. Overall, great stay and would definitely book again in the future!

We were only there for 3 nights and 2 days. The pool and hot tub were both dirty, so we could not use on day one and partial of day 2. I notified the Host and they came out to clean up some and sent a pool cleaner the next morning. The kitchen could definitely use some upgrades. Maybe new refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Overall, very clean and would stay again...Hopefully longer.

We had a group of 6 women for a long weekend. The house was well set up for our group! We cooked, played games, used the hot tub and swimming pool, took walks in the lovely (safe) neighborhood, and had a wonderful time! The owners are incredibly responsive and friendly. We had one maintenance issue, and it was resolved very quickly. The woodwork in the house shows wear from large groups, but otherwise everything was comfortable and lovely and well-maintained. The outdoor space is exceptional. We would return to this rental and highly recommend it!

This is our second time staying at Scottsdale tropic and we will definitely stay here again! House is well accommodated, clean, and the location can’t be beat! Has plenty of everything you need in the kitchen and outdoor fun. Host is very responsive with any questions we may have had. Beds are comfy and you feel right at home.

This was an amazing stay! The house was perfect. It was cozy and lots of space for hosting my immediate family. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking materials. with cooking materials. We were able to make meals for ourselves. The host were extremely kind throughout the booking process. We could not have been more happy with this day! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for my friends and family and I for a birthday trip we had out in Scottsdale. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and the large house with lots of beds for everyone was perfect! It had everything we needed when we made dinner at home and was very close to restaurants and bars for our nights out, the pool was great and the house had a lot of great amenities. Any small issues that we had such as not being able to find an oven mit were quickly resolved and the host were very easy to get a hold of and quick acting when we had any questions! Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the property. It was perfect for our friend’s bachelorette party. The house was clean, organized and comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and made accommodations for our needs. It was also very close to everything we wanted to do, and close to the airport as well. We will definitely check out the property again if we’re in the area!

The communication between our host and myself was great! The house was nice and cold during the hot summer. The yard was such a fun place to hang out and there was a grill to make food. Not the most updated grill but it worked and got the job done. Would definitely stay here again

The property was centrally located but the AC unit blasted cold air into the lower two bedrooms, but the upper bedroom was always warm. The casino was nice and cool. But the first day there we had to call the property manager to clean the pool and to mop the floors because they were filthy.
