We had a great time and really loved the pool and outside area. Lots of pool towels and coffee, the most important things. Beds and livingroom were very comfortable.A couple of negatives; the dishwasher really needs to be replaced and we could never get the patio fan to work, neither were too big a deal.We had a great time and would definitely stay again.We have stayed at multiple vrbo rentals in the area over the last 5 years and this house had the nicest outdoor/pool area.

The backyard was just what we wanted it to be. Comfortable lounge chairs, a beautiful pool and sunny weather.Having the washers and dryer was very helpful too.The property was in a great location for all our adventures. We would come back!!

The host was welcoming, the house was sparkling after a fresh clean. The pool was warm and my teenage sons really enjoyed it. It was convenient to Spring Training games, shopping, and other family activities. Plenty of space and all but the twin size beds were comfortable (they would be fine for small children or toddlers) but didn’t work for my teenage boys so they had to share a bed despite the house sleeping 10 guests. The full size bed in the back room was comfortable but a bit wobbly and squeaked a lot if you rolled over or moved in your sleep-may need to have some bolts or screws tightened. Lots of fun family games and exercise equipment. Very cute interior design as well.

A great place! We chose the place for the heated pool, and it did not disappoint! Beds were comfortable and the home was tastefully decorated, but the outdoors was where we spent much of our time. The owner was congenial and responsive to questions. No place is perfect, and the living room had a rug that was curled and therefore was a bit of a safety concern for me as I am in my 70s; but we simply threw an exercise mat over the edge. I'd suggest to the owner that the rug be replaced. The kitchen could use a clean out, too, as there were too many pans and the oldest ones were warped or dirty/stained.A minor distraction was the noise of the highway and a yippy dog nearby when its owner wasn't attentive. We would be happy to rent this home again. I would hope, though, to see a few updates such as new pillows, or at least pillow protectors; and one of the rugs in the master bath was shrunk and could be a tripping hazard.

Bed was comfortable, neighborhood was nice and quiet, the house really was close to everything. The only request I would have would be to have a skimmer on hand, so guests can get any bugs that get into the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Graduation paradise

Our stay was amazing. The house was beautifully decorated. We spent a lot of time out in the pool and on the patio. My granddaughter graduated so this was a special surprise for her. Check in was so easy. The whole property inside and out were spotless. I will be using this home when I come to Arizona. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Great stay

I traveled with a small group of friends in Phoenix for spring training. This was a great location to easily get to multiple ballparks and a variety of restaurants. The pool and back patio were excellent places for the mornings and evenings.

Disappointing and in need of repairs.

We spent Four days at this place wondering what was going to come apart next.Cheaply done and already falling apart.Toilet is about ready to break away from floor, bolts rusted and the whole thing wobbles when you sit on it, just waiting to break.Shower rod in bathroom…clear masking tape holding it together, towel rod hanging out of the wallClosets doors, most off track and falling off.Dishwasher rack comes out of dishwasher.The shades in the front windows aren’t even usable and appear to be glued to windows frame.Only saving grace for this place is the pool, clean & warm, but don’t count on the outdoor space be nearly as appealing as photos. All the cushions are filthy and stained, the TV is about to fall off wall, the grill looks good until you touch it,wobbly like most things. The side yard is just a hazard for kids or animals, the pool equipment is right by patio so trying to talk or watch a game in Outdoor space is a little difficult.Ready to fall apart and cheaply done from furnishings to remodel.If they spend some money and fix this place up it would be worth it, as it stands after our visit, we say it is not the value you think.Note to owners.Simple fixes and better service is what I would recommended. Contact me, I made a list with pictures.Check in was not as it should be. I had to phone someone ( assuming owners) at 4:30, after requesting an early check in. Poorly handled.If someone is managing this for you, they are doing a poor job.

Great place

Clean, lots of towles, just as listed and pictured. The pool was actually really warm! Communication with the property manager was easy. One of the better vrbo's weve stayed at. And we have stayed at a quiet a few! Only thing would be the area. Its not the nicest neighborhood but we had no issues at all. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful property

Literally had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The rooms were clean for the most part (just a couple of things here and there needed attention) Communication with the property managers was great and timely. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
