The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.) I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access. There was a strong marijuana odor in the second floor hall and in the vents intermittently in the unit. It was consistent in the hall but it would come and go through the vents in our unit. My guest and I are not smokers so this was displeasing to us. I like the security of the property. There were codes for different access points and this more convenient than a physical key card. I felt very secure as a female traveler. The unit is conveniently located close to Tanger Outlets, Westgate, State Farm Stadium, and the Desert Diamond Arena. This was an excellent choice because it is a walkable distance in the case transportation isn’t available before or after an event.

They double booked our room and canceled us. We didn’t find out until we were on our way. They should have called rather than just sending an email which went in spam.

It isn’t a hotel it’s basically apartment complex third floor no elevator the room. The complex/address has a different name and I had to pay my uber an extra because we drove around and around for 30 minutes trying to find it. It wasn’t advertised as an air b n b but that is basically what it was.

I will never stay here again. You need 3 codes to get in. Gate code, buildng door code and the code to your room. Has a terrible time getting access to the room . Had to get Expedia involved. Now I see the property charged a $130 undisclosed fee.

Not the best option. Our parking spot was far from the unit. The unit was not very clean, no hair drier, no hand towels, no kitchen towels. We called but they said there was not a closer parking spot. Instead of hand and kitchen towels, we got pool towels and bed sheets.

The area is just fine exactly what I needed. The apartment is okay wish there was a TV in the room, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. The futon is so uncomfortable. My only hiccup was my last night where I had to SLEEP IN MY CAR because of the main building door being jammed. This is was around 2am!!! It's obvious whomever is running this isn't near the property. I didn't get until 6:30am where there was a rock in between the doors. Never again but thanks anyways.

The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here again. So disappointing and inconvenient.

Good in a bind.

It was in a good location and enjoyed it was so close to Westgate. There is improvement in terms of the cleanliness. The bed sheets have a bit of a yellowing which doesn’t look inviting. Probably just need to replace them. The futon has two pretty visible stains that should be cleaned up quickly. It was hard to sit in it. The TV worked so slowly that it was pretty much unusable but not a huge deal there. The parking spot is a bit of a walk but I had no issue with that I just think it needs to be made clear in the listing. Also it was unclear how to use the amenities. I didn’t see a fob or anything to use the gym and pool. Overall not a bad place tho.
