  • Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1527 square feet, well appointed golf course home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in them. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for comfortable sleeping for 8 people in the house. The open living room is furnished with a big screen TV and sound bar, sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite countertops, 4 barstools and all the amenities you would need for your stay. Situated on Coldwater Springs Golf Course with views of the Estrella Mountains, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on this public course and later watch the sunset from the patio or take a dip in the heated pool. Well stocked and furnished with 4 outdoor lounge chairs, conversation seating and barbecue along with a teak outdoor dining table that seats 8. Situated 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10. Adventure awaits in any direction you venture.

This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Everything was clean, well-stocked and inviting. We really enjoyed having our coffee by the pool in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
