This was the perfect rental! Within walking and/or driving distance to anything you would want; restaurants, stores, convenience stores, etc. The rental itself was wonderful! Itcws very clean, had all the essentials you would need, comfortable, plenty to entertain you. We went for a relaxing girls weekend and the couch and beds were so comfortable. The host was so friendly, responsive, and great to work with. We had no issues or complaints

The condo complex is on the older side and this unit could use an update. Had the basic amenities, but nothing noteworthy. Having A/C units in each bedroom was nice. A few of the bathroom drains were slow and backed up some, which was a little annoying. Pool area was nice, clean and comfortable. Overall value for the price was decent.

Long Weekend Stay

The communication with host was excellent. We were able tonget in early after a long day of flying and we were appreciative. Condo was cute. Water pressure was very weak and one morning I didnt have hot water. Sofa bed was uncomfortable...lots of springs. Furniture was really low to ground. Location was great. Last night there they were presure washing the walkway above us at 8ish in the morning. Overall..thankful for a place to stay close to Scottsdale.

Kathy was communicative, friendly, and very accommodating. The home itself was super clean and cozy and pretty much at the center of everything we wanted to do. My family and I loved our stay!

This property is very convenient for Old Town and the fashion square. Communication was great and we were so grateful to be able to check in early and check out late! Loved our stay here and the pool is great.

Perfect Scottsdale Getaway - a Must Stay!

Kathy's condo in Scottsdale exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we could tell she pays incredible attention to detail in enhancing her guests' experience. Her communication was prompt and attentive, making everything seamless. Highlights of Our Stay: Beautiful Condo: Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect Location: Centrally located with easy access to everything Scottsdale has to offer. Well-Stocked: The kitchen had everything we needed, and more! Well-Lit Parking Area: We felt safe and secure. Quiet: Perfect for relaxation. Pet-Friendly: Our fur child, Bob, was cozy and happy. The nearby dog area was a great bonus. Comfortable Bed: We slept wonderfully. Two Separate Bathrooms: Very convenient for our group. Lovely Patio: Perfectly set up for enjoying the Arizona weather. This will undoubtedly be our go-to rental whenever we come back to Arizona. Not just for the fantastic condo, but because working with Kathy was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!

Clean and Vacation-Friendly Stay

Kathy was a great host and communicated well! The place was very clean, welcoming, and as described in the listing. If perfumes bother you, I'd request that the plug-in deodorizers be unplugged before arrival. Overall, it was a great stay, and we'd stay here again. It felt like it was decorated to set the vacation vibe which we needed:) The pool was convenient and clean.

Cozy, comfy!

Great location, very comfortable. The pool was beautiful. Just a few minor things, it might be just me. The tub in the front bedroom did not drain properly, it needs to be cleaned out. The lamps and outdoor patio need a thorough cleaning/dusting. These are minor correctable things. All in all it was a great place to stay.
