It is completely furnished in a Tuscany Style in the down stair area. It has a King Size bed in the Master bedroom , and Queen size beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Each room has a walk -in closet. It has a very comfortable front patio to enjoy the evening air while relaxing and having a cocktail. It has a 2 car garage to park your car or the rental securely.
It also has a Stainless steel BBQ Grill to enjoy your favorite piece of meat and veggies grilled up to your liking. It has everything but the food and YOU that you bring.
All you need to do is BRING YOUR SUITCASE FULL OF CLOTHES and Food to eat....

A good month

Property was fully furnished. More of a real home. Good decorations. Dining table. Normal, comfortable furniture instead of a cheap sectional couch like some rentals have. It worked great for us. Lots of hiking, and mini trips to Prescott, Sedona and Flagstaff, etc.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the house and the pool right outside the front door and the garage. The house was fully supplied with everything we needed. The hosts/owners were so helpful, friendly and accommodating in every way. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Great place for family to stay comfortably

Well stocked, clean, tidy, very comfortable, spacious bedrooms and owners very helpful and responsive. Nice to be close to pool and hot tub. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Mold in unit

This unit has a water leak in the entry by the garage door - it dripped on my sister and there was mold on the ceiling. There was also evidence of a leak in master bath cabinet and mold along the very back. I am allergic to mold, needed to move out and the owners were not helpful in refunding the amount owed. They refunded half and we stayed 2 out of 8 nights. I asked up front if there was any mold and leaks. I had to spend so much time trying to get refunded. I tried very hard to kindly work this out with them. Otherwise it’s a nice sized unit with lots of space. They were also good with communication until this happened. Pool is close as well.

Clean, comfortable, and convienient

The hosts are very good to work with and helpful. We picked this location for the heated pool and hot tub. Upon arrival we discovered the pool was cool as well as hot tub. I contacted the owners abd they immediately contacted the pool property management and within a day or two it was heated. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Plenty of room for everyone. Having the garage was a bonus and a fully operating kitchen helped us be ablw to have some home cooked meals and feel more at home and not have to eat out all the time. We had such a good time and we loved the stay.

It was a good value for us, the hot tub and heated pool are right outside the door. It was easy to bike in and out of and the neighborhoods make for nice 3+ mile walks all around the area. It is close to ball fields, restaurants and White Tank mountain park.

Perfect For Work and Play!

Where to begin?. On entry into the property the first few things noticed were the room temperature, 72, and mellow music playing through the surround sound. That absolutely set the tone for the rest of the stay. The house was clean and well equipped for my week long stay. The WiFi provided was fast and reliable. I require a constant VPN for work, and there was never an interrupt in service. The pool, oh the pool! A must if you’re visiting AZ in the summer. I cannot speak for other times of the year, but first week in June the neighborhood is incredibly quite. Perfect for evening jogs or strolls. Bill and Brenda were perfect hosts! They both contacted me to make sure everything was in order before I arrived. There was an issue with the refrigerator on my first day in town, but that was resolved before I even stepped foot in the door. That is premier service and much appreciated! Overall my stay was amazing! I’m sure I missed highlighting some of the amenities I enjoyed, but I just wanted you all to know that Sierra Verde was perfect. Thank you both! Sid

Great Family time

Wonderful property, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed. Close to spring training for the Royals and Rangers. Lots of good restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Awesome communication

This is set up as a professional short term rental. Everything is labeled, little notes of how things work, etc. bill and Brenda take their host job seriously and answered any questions we had almost immediately. We were there in July so having the community pool right outside our front door was a nice perk. House is super clean and impeccably maintained. Full size laundry. We are parents of kids on a traveling baseball team and play in Surprise often. The house is less than 5 minutes from the stadium. We plan to stay at this house any time it’s available in the future.
