"There were disturbing "banging" noises like someone throwing a ball against my ceiling and one wall the vast majority of the time I was in the room. Very difficult to sleep or concentrate on work. Staff recorded my complaint but did not seem to do anything about it. Maybe I was expecting too much but the only towel was a hand towel. The shower had no door or curtain so I had to clean the floor with the two rags they kindly left for my use. No water glass. The room was clean and the bed...

"Husband got trapped in elevator for an hr and so called engineer named Angel, had no clue on rules and regulations on entrapment took almost 40 min to call fire dpt for assistance.. he thought everything was a joke , additional staff unaware of protocols on entrapments. Unprofessional staff. Ice maker broken on 4th floor. Room was decent. "

"The room was decent size, the bed pillows were very small, the bath towels were small and thin and the sink faucet didn’t work well the water dripped very light. The landscaping was very nice with lots of palm trees and paradise type flowers and had a very large beautiful pool. The comp breakfast was somewhat small and didn’t have an attendant in there so there were dirty tables. The place overall wasn’t terrible but I would probably stay somewhere if ever in the area again "

"Staff was pleasant when arriving late at night from the airport. Enjoyed the soft bed, comforter, and plush pillows. The entire room, including bathroom, was clean. The temperature was perfect when walking into the room. "

"This place was wonderful! The breakfast was varied, good, and you can take it to this beautiful setting on an outdoor patio. Leisurely and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful - with some tech issues I had, giving me tips about getting to LAX, and getting around in general. The front desk people knew what they were talking about and very gracious, kind and knowledgable. I would stay here any time I am in Claremont and recommend it highly. "

"The room smelled horrible, it was dirty and had something splattered on the wall in the bathroom, bugs in the bathroom and very uncomfortable bed. The only place to sit, other than the bed, was a bench that looked like it came out of a bus, and it too was dirty. There was a big red stain on the floor and handprints on the headboard. The pictures online looked nothing like the room you are actually given. We would NEVER stay here again!"

"Convenient location (boring main road but near the small downtown area). Friendly staff and pretty grounds - it's several small buildings around a courtyard with pool and outdoor seating. The bathrooms and many furnishings are quite worn - it feels quite overdue for a refresh. "
