"It is a very nice hotel in the heart of the downtown but yet very open and with good views. the staff behaviour is excellent. the spa at the hotel is the Excellent and the staff is fully trained and conversant with the techniques.
Only the food section need some improvement. the taste and preparation of the food was not upto the mark and chef and their cooking staff need to be trained properly. "

"This is a brand new hotel with good buffet breakfast. Rooms are great and spacy. It locates in the heart of the city. It is very easy to get around. The hotel is under Thai management and offers Asian and western foods. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager Kris is absolutely fantastic. I will certainly stay there again next time when I visit Thimphu."

"Hotel is located quite close to points of interest and even the office for obtaining permit for Punakha and other regions is located close. Rooms were spacious (we were 3 adults in one room) and clean, food was great ( we did not take the buffet option and directly ordered from restaurant). Only thing was that the hotel collect extra amount from us saying Expedia has not collected the amount for the extra bed. The invoice from Expedia though clearly mentioned 3 adults. The hotel did not give us...

"Awesome place to stay! Staff is friendly and in a great location - walkable to the craft bazaar, Clock Tower Plaza, Textile Museum, bars and restaurants. Some things are showing signs of wear and tear, but not a deal breaker. No A/C, but there’s a ceiling fan that does the trick."

"I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view.
Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn ."

"Delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. This has the whole package. Had loads of fun staying here. Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!"

"We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay."
