  • 100 metros cuadrados / 1100 pies cuadrados: 2 dormitorios, capacidad para 4 personas, hermosa terraza soleada e iluminada por la noche para su uso exclusivo, estacionamiento seguro, unidades de aire acondicionado, cocina francesa diseñada a medida totalmente equipada y equipada, muebles elegantes de origen local (sin artículos de Ikea !), ropa de lujo, WIFI, tv (+ dvd, películas, juegos de mesa); y una generosa canasta de bienvenida llena de productos locales.

    Llamamos a esta propiedad "Porte 22", después de su famosa puerta principal y número de casa. ¡Porte 22 también es su experiencia gastronómica al reunir frutas y verduras frescas de temporada de los mercados locales y prepararse una deliciosa fiesta creativa en su cocina personalizada!

    El alojamiento de Porte 22 se encuentra en el primer piso de nuestra casa de tres pisos. El primer piso está reservado exclusivamente para huéspedes de vacaciones. Vigas de madera, piedra a la vista, todo a pocos pasos del mercado semanal de la ciudad.

    Una vez que haya ingresado y explorado su espacio vital, le daremos la bienvenida en persona y compartiremos tanto conocimiento sobre Pézenas y la región circundante como lo necesite.

Porte 22 is a very comfortable home for exploring the Pezenas region. The location can't be beat and the parking was so convenient. Patty's friendly welcome was so appreciated after a long travel day. The home is well stocked and provided us a lovely home base for our travels. Thank you Louise and Patty!

hele bijzondere tot in detail ingerichte complete woning op een perfecte plek.

als je in Pezenas wilt verblijven dan is dit de perfecte plek. parkeerplek voor je auto en alles binnen hand/loop bereik. zeer vriendelijke hosts. die een zeer persoonlijke en warme leefomgeving hebben gecreëerd in een heel bijzondere uniek plaats.

Wir hatten das große Glück, nach einem Jahr nochmals in derselben Wohnung sein zu können. Für uns war Porte22 wieder eine wunderbare Heimat auf Zeit. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Betreuung war wunderbar und die Wohnung ist ein Traum.

Home away from Home

The apartment provided every conceivable item to make ours a most enjoyable stay. Our host was just wonderful providing excellent pre arrival information. Her assistant also helped with our checkin and departure. All in all a superb property, so clean, well located and with the very best facilities.

Pezenas near perfection

The best equipped and both intelligently and tastefully modernised property we have ever stayed at. A credit to the owner. Excellent location. The elderly should be aware there is a 30 step spiral staircase to the roof terrace - but it is marvellous when you are there!

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Pézenas. Der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aber etwas ganz besonderes war die Wohnung. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen, obwohl sie im Internet sehr attraktiv beschrieben ist. Sehr schön war auch der warme Empfang und die umfangreiche Kommunikation vor unserer Ankunft. Wir sind begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wonderful time immersed in the French culture

Very clean and owner had every thing you need. Comfortable, many stairs to reach flat, be sure you’re mobile. Kitchen great for cooking! We did very little as we enjoyed the many restaurants of French cuisine. Boulangerie close by to purchase croissants every morning. Enjoyed beaches close to Pezanas and many historic sites in the neighborhood.

Une belle expérience

Our stay at Porte 22 was easy and delightful from day 1. Having been to Pézena annually, we knew of the rich beauty, gastronomy, wine, and culture of the area. Our first stay at Porte 22 only added to our experience this time. It is well-appointed, comfortable, historic, and a great kitchen and terrace. We also appreciated the parking garage, located 5 minutes away. To our host, Louise, and her assistant/manager Patty--many, many thanks/merci beaucoup!

Great stay in a phantastic townhouse

I was impressed by the house and the way it was remodeled. I was feeling very cozy from the very finest moment, a my friend came in only a little later. The house is located in the very center of Pezenas, in the midst of everything. Thank you!

If we could give our stay in Pezenas 10 stars we would. Louise, for creating and sharing the most wonderful space in a fabulous location as well as a secure carpark (& air conditioning!). And, Patty for constantly going the extra mile to ensure everything about our stay worked perfectly, all the tips & suggestions, the kindness, warmth and wonderful humor. Pezenas kept giving to us with its markets, parades and wine and music. We will never forget our stay and know you will not regret booking this tasteful, comfortable and convenient apartment. Delightful Experience

Louise is a splendid host and her sidekick, Patty, is a treasure. We three old friends from Canada had everything we needed at Porte 22 for a delightful week in peaceful Pézenas. We enjoyed the modern kitchen with its topnotch equipment as well as the terrific rooftop terrace. The fusion of the old and the new is beautiful. We felt very cared for as Louise and Patty were attentive and helpful during our stay. Formidable!

Stunning property

We absolutely loved our 7 day stay at Porte 22. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 14) and had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this immaculately restored period property. Porte 22 is so well located right in the centre of Pezenas but quiet and tranquil too. The roof terrace was perfect and the apartment felt really spacious. There was a heatwave in Pezenas when we stayed but the aircon worked very well. WiFi was super fast but the real gem of this place was the finishing touches Louise has brought to everything from the Nespresso machine to the bikes and the beach gear. Thank you Louise for everything and to Patty who was available if we needed anything at all. We would love to return one day.

Eine Perle im Herzen von Pézenas

Eine wundervoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartete uns mittig im wundervollen Pézenas. Einchecken konnten wir direkt bei Ankunft, wo uns Patty, die freundliche Perle von Porte 22, herzlich empfing und uns alles zeigte. Alles was das Herz begehrt gibt es in dieser sensationell eingerichteten Wohnung, es fehlte an nichts… Die Eigentümer von Porte 22 durften wir glücklicherweise ebenfalls kennenlernen, die uns immer das Gefühl gaben, sie schon seit ewigen Zeiten zu kennen und immer und überall herzlich willkommen zu sein… Porte 22….die Heimat in der Ferne Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder ❤️

Living history!

Calling Porte 22 a 'stay' is almost an insult - it is an 'experience'! The house felt like a living being. Exquisitely restored, top of the range facilities, but never losing sight of it's history. A young heart in an old soul. Mysteries of the ages abound. Porte 22 is but a stone's throw from the higgledy-piggledy of the old centre with it's artisans, restaurants and architecture. Overlooking a wide pedestrian street. And access into and out of Pezenas is a breeze with the car park only 200 metres away. Our communication with the owner Louise and her local, fiercely protective, guardian, Patty, was exceptional - both professional and warm. One week was hardly enough...

The best stay ever!

Truly this is an exceptional property. Not only is it stylish but it really is a home from home. Louise has thought of everything , really everything. Beach towels and a picnic basket in the cupboard for a day by the sea, shopping baskets at the ready for breakfast croissants or a morning in the market, a superb kitchen equipped to cover every possible need - thoughtful things that made it feel like home. It is the most comfortable and well equipped holiday apartment we have ever stayed in and it is so beautifully kept and clean. The roof terrace is the icing on the cake - we loved it - leisurely breakfasts in the morning sun, drinks and nibbles in the evening and a candlelight dinner, memorable times and all so easy with its own little kitchen. Pezenas is a delightful town with so much history and Porte 22 is right in the middle of it all. Lots of great restaurants and things to see all within a few minutes walk. I cannot recommend this lovely apartment highly enough. Our thanks to Patty who gave us a lovely warm welcome and of course huge thanks to you Louise for letting us stay in beautiful Porte 22.

Perfect!

My experience at Porte 22 was perfect from the start. Louise is an amazing host and Patty, her apartment manager, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Both made feel me so welcome.Louise provides a fabulous basket of goodies, tourist guides and two very useful maps of the area. There are plenty of books and magazines to flick through, even a couple of books that mention Porte 22 within their pages.The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has so many wonderful little touches that make it such a special home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and some things you didn’t realise you needed. The beds, linen and towels are all top quality and a pleasure to use. The location in Pezanas is perfect for all town centre events, shopping, cafe hopping and eating out. The Historic Centre is a dream to browse around, it's a place of inspiration for anyone who appreciates arts and crafts. The people of Pezanas are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending Porte 22. I will hopefully return sometime soon and recommend to my friends in future. Porte 22 is a very special apartment for anyone wanting a bit of luxury, a great location and a truly French holiday experience.
