"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated from the moment I walked in, making it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep. To make matters worse, the bed linen appeared dirty and unclean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. Cleanliness and comfort should be basic standards, and unfortunately this hotel failed in both areas. "Everything was good however not a fan of the parking. Parking is shared with Synovus. Hotel guest park on the 5th & 6th deck. My issue is with no covered walkway to the hotel if the weather is bad. Parking is free and the staff is great. Devin the shuttle driver is very professional and he drops you off and picks you up before and after the games at Truist Park."

The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
