"We were a family with two kids (1 and 5 yrs) staying for two nights. We especially appreciated the separate sleeping area as this meant we could put the kids to sleep and watch a movie together. Excellent response time - we asked for a baby chair and had it in our room within 5 minutes of writing the first chat message. Very convenient with the LIDL next doors and a pleasant suprise that there was coffee in the room. Personally I do not mind the ”fully digital communication”, I appreciate the...

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."
