"Upon checking in the front desk couldn't find our reservation. No fault to the hotel but Expedia delayed our reservations for some reason. The hotel front desk made it happen for us, and offered us late check out beyond the regular times. Plus: Rooms is nice and the staff there are great ++++. Close to pretty much everything in downtown by walk or tram. Its super quiet on the 15 floor and you don't hear traffic or trams at all.
